I had visited the dealership for repairs on my 2005 Pilot which I love. I was looking for a used car for my family. My salesman was Jon Moran. I could not ask for a better salesman. The first car I purchased was a used CRV. I took it home and the next day the car overheated leaving me stranded in Reidsville. I called the dealership and they towed the car back . After that happened I explained I was not comfortable with the purchase any longer. The management , service and sales team worked with me and I was able to get another CRV that fits all of my needs and I am very pleased with my purchase. They really stood behind their sales and I am a very happy customer. I will go back if/when I need another car as they have earned my trust and respect. Thanks
I didn't actually go to the dealership, but I inquired about a vehicle through email. From a distance, the customer service has been wonderful. They were quick to respond and have also been very helpful in keeping me up to date with potential inventory I might be interested in.
This was the third new Honda we have purchased at Nelson Honda in Martinsville, VA. We have found the purchasing experience at this dealership to be a pleasant experience. All of the staff are very helpful. We have been especially please with the services of the salesperson who sold us all three of our new mini-vans, Mike Merriman. Mike treats you like a friend and works hard to understand what you want and attempts to answer every question and possible consideration. He is patient and not forceful, which is what I look for in a salesperson. If he is available, he will sell me my next Honda. I highly recommend him and the entire staff and services at Nelson Honda.
I went to Nelson Honda after seeing a great looking car on their website. After getting there I realized the car was even better than i expected. It was clean and very well kept. Larry Copeis so nice and easy to talk to. He was very helpful and thanks to that I ended up buying my very first car! I did not have an appointment, but Angela was very helpful to get my car serviced in a timely manner. I also got a quote for new tires and was given a written 'status report' on work needed to be done. In all, a very satisfying experience today. I recommend the Honda Service Dept.
