Austin and the gentleman that greeted me were awesome. I totally trust Austin which is really something for me to feel that way about a service department. I have been coming to the same service department since buying my Honda 11 years ago and every visit has been more like dealing with a friend than a business.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Hands down the best service center! Josh C. kept me informed every step of the way. I’m extremely happy with the service they performed on my Tucson. Highly recommend this service center! I went from an absolute nightmare at the Toyota dealership in Fayetteville to this well oiled machine. My vehicle was ready in record time and the hours are super convenient. Save a headache and call them first!

We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. I did get my 2016 Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it! I will definitely return to Carmax for all my car buying needs.

2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

Leith Honda Aberdeen review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 100 stars, I would!) Let me just say this: I was trapped in an absolute NIGHTMARE lemon of a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Blue Hybrid. Total disaster — constant issues, endless stress, and zero peace of mind. I honestly thought I was stuck. Then I walked into Leith Honda Aberdeen, and everything changed. Ken worked patiently with me, never pushy, just calm and supportive through the whole process. Tim was beyond amazing — thorough to a fault, making sure every last detail was explained, every concern addressed. And then there’s Mat the manager — this man went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the deal actually worked in my favor, not just theirs. That kind of leadership sets the tone, and it shows in the whole team. They pulled me out of that lemon nightmare and into a gorgeous, reliable CR-V Hybrid that has been nothing short of life-changing. I went from daily anxiety to complete peace of mind the moment I drove it off the lot. Leith Honda Aberdeen didn’t just sell me a car — they gave me back my sanity and restored my faith in dealerships. Ken, Tim, and Mat deserve 100 stars out of 10. 🌟🌟🌟

First and only owner. Currently, 124 000 miles. Cars has been nearly perfect. Replaced shocks and struts at 120,000 miles. Oil changes once a year. No major issues ever. Looking at a 2026. Only dislike, noisey on the interstate. I will miss it

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car. Our Salesman was super helpful and was knowledgeable about the cars we test drove. The cars were from two different brands on two different platforms and he offered sound reviews and advice on both. It was super convenient to be able to sit in any car on the lot. The financing process was easy as well. Overall very happy with my car and experience.

Leith Inc is the BEST DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF NC HANDS DOWN!!! I purchased an Acura MDX last month and the service that I received from Rodney Hamlet (Sales), Matt (Mgr) and Jay (F&I) was immaculate! At the same time, my niece purchased a vehicle as well. They even went out of their way to pick her up from Charlotte! I just want to say, “Thank you guys for all of your honesty and prompt attention to our needs!” So if there’s anyone in need for a vehicle or just want to add to their fleet, go and check these guys out immediately! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

My Experience: I was very impressed with the no pressure sale and how smooth the transaction went all the way through the finance. My salesman was Braulio Rivera which I have bought 8 cars plus from another dealership. I WILL follow him anywhere he would go because of honestly, loyalty, and the way he listens to what I need and want. I was very impressed with Mr. Acosta and Mr Ric Harvatin in finance for the smooth ending. This dealership is very thorough on going over the car to make sure I understood how all features worked and made sure I was happy. Thank you to your whole staff Bryan Honda Fayetteville

Needed a new vehicle after having an accident and my previous car being a total lost. These people and dealership went above and beyond to help me and ensure I left with the vehicle I WANTED. Not like some dealers that is what they think you should have or reccomend. James was awesome and cater all my needs and want both friendly and courteous. Also, Kevin McGirt aswesome guy and got me what I wanted. I came in there with an open previous car loan of my total lost car, bad credit due to my divorce and exhusband adding me as a co-signer to two vehicle he defaulted. I walked in for a used car but Jeremy thought I deserved more than something used so he got me a brand new car for the same price I would have paid for a used car! I love my 2019 Honda Civic! He’s a great salesman and he makes sure that the car you want will fit your financial needs!
2021 Honda CR-V review
Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

I'm beyond happy with my new car from DCH Paramus Honda! The build quality, smooth ride, and attention to detail are truly impressive. It’s comfortable, stylish, and packed with great features that make every drive a pleasure. You can really feel the care and craftsmanship that went into this vehicle — it’s everything I was hoping for and more. A huge thank you to Maria Alcantara and everyone at DCH Paramus Honda for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend both the car and the team there!

2026 Honda CR-V review
We traded in our 2020 CR-V for a 2026. Drives like a dream. Very tight on turns. It seems roomier than our 2020. Our trade-in value for the 2020 was great.
