We were greeted promptly by our salesperson and the vehicle was ready for us to see. We were offered a test drive and then proceeded to the sales desk. Really minimal conversation as we had a fair price in mind and got to an agreement fairly quickly. Then the finance office drama begins. Everyone has a job to do, but this feels like a visit to the dentist. Contracts finally signed and took delivery of our vehicle. Overall, a good experience.
2015 Honda Crosstour review
This car is great in every way , the only thing that is the ride is a little more stiff than I like. Plenty of leg room , lots of power , navigation is clumsy but works , handling is very tight, turning radius is larger than my 96 Buick Roadmaster wagon that was a shock.

Very reliable, never has needed repair, easy carry for cargo as its a late model Honda Accord....7" rear camera and right turn display, great A/C and heated seats, tires in very good shape....commuter car only. 24mpg avg. Clean leather interior....garaged at work and home.

2015 Honda Crosstour review
I purchased a 2015 EX-L 4WD model, used, in 2017 with 67,000 miles on it. I drove it until last year when I found a used, one-owner 2015 EX-L 4WD with 56,000 miles, in Mountain Air Metallic. (My other CT was black). This car is nearly flawless, as was my prior CT. When on trips, I nearly always get someone asking me what kind of car it is and, often, they think it's a new model. If you're going to pick one of these up, get a 2014 or 2015 EX-L 4WD version with the V6. The biggest mistake people make, when they purchase a Honda with a J35 V6 engine is not replacing the timing belt every 100,000 miles. Do that, and change your oil regularly (I use 10,000 mile intervals with Mobil-1) and you should enjoy many years of service from a Honda Crosstour.

2012 Honda Crosstour review
I have the 2012 Honda Crosstour, Love this vehicle. People think it's a bran new vehicle because I kept it in top notch, plus you don't see many around, so they think Honda just came out with it. The rude is very comfortable and the acceleration of this vehicle is powerful. To be a V6, it's ok on the gas mileage. I had my radio put in as a 10" screen. Look Awesome. Kept the maintenance up on it, change your oil regular, you can get over 200,000 mile on it. This vehicle is Awesome!

2015 Honda Crosstour review
We have a 2015 Ex-L AWD. Crosstour This car has a 6 cylinder and very quick on take off. The car did have 2 issues with it since we owned it. The starter was grinding. Their was a bulletin to what needed to be done to fix the issue. Then we had a difential issue.This was a change of fluid that needed to be done. Over all this car has everything we need in a car. Comfortable ride. Very spacious inside. I don't understand why more people didn't buy this car. Honda decided to not continue to produce this car. We love our crosstour. Every where we go. People would ask if we want to sell the vehicle. It only has 56,000 miles. Not forsale.

I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. Great job guys and yes, when I’m ready years from now to buy another car, I will return to Bill Hood and hope yall are still there to offer yet again your greatly appreciated service!!
