Not only was she able to answer all my questions and provide me with a new 2019 Honda Pilot EX to replace my 2016 version, she was very patient with regard to ensuring I was able to understand all the functionality and customization of my new Pilot to ensure my driving experience was as turn-key as possible. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase and every question I asked was addressed with a direct answer. For these reasons I knew my business was not just desired but VALUED. I worked with Mae, who was wonderful and got me in and out in a matter of a couple hours with exactly what I wanted. No up-selling. She listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and helped me walk out of there a super satisfied customer. Additionally, everyone who I encountered there was nice, and the gentleman who handled the finance portion at Honda, as he really went the extra mile for me and was a pleasure to deal with as well. Was interested in a 2010 Ford F150 that I found on card.com sent an email within a day I recieved a email back went to go see the truck on a Friday. When I got there with my husband we saw a 2011 Ford F150 got that instead of the 2010. Overall we were there for 2 hours and walked out with the keys to the truck in my hand.
Friendly, Ivan attend us, treated my family with the upmost respect. Went the extra mile to show us the details of the suv we were asking about. Felt very comfortable and Ivan did not pressure us like they have done in other dealerships. The experience was great.

I initially went to Hillside Honda to look for a vehicle and get an idea on prices. Very easy experience getting a car from Sam...He was patient and knowledgeable about the car we wanted...When we had more questions he bought his manager over to try and accomodate us the best he could.

A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. This was the quickest and most painless car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Cory in the pre-owned sales office, and I've heard good things about Joe on the new sales side as well.
