Maz, the salesman that helped us out, was able to find a comparable 2013 Civic LX with similar miles and matched the price point of the car I came in looking for. Maz was very professional, not pushy at all, and gave me space to process what I was getting into with my new car. The staff at Honda Hollywood were very generous and the financing department was very flexible in meeting a price point and interest rate I was comfortable with. Lastly, Raphie in financing was very courteous and went through the financing contract in great detail and assisted us in buying a really good extended warranty on the car for peace of mind. Harut called me back after I left a message and we began to talk and I said I was actually driving there to see him. He met with me and listened to my story and experience, accepted criticisms and suggestions and really offered me a fair solution....part of the initial experience was my inability to gracefully exit when I felt pressured and uncomfortable....I'll own that. We also interacted with Raj in Finance and he was receptive to suggestions about improving the buyer's Finance experience. Great job guys for listening and making the appropriate resolution for both parties!

I’ve been coming to this Honda dealer location since 2008. A long time, loyal customer. When I took my vehicle in this week for multi inspection oil change, I was provided friendly, attentive service and my car was given the attention it needed. Krystal, service advisor, provided me with a detailed, thorough report on my SUV (my Pilot is 21 years old and still runs great!) and gave me extra points to keep in mind as to the care to continue give my SUV over time to ensure it stays in great shape. The service is Five Star… I would have given a 5 star, but in learning the dealer no longer offers car wash service, it was a bit disappointing. As a customer, there’s nothing like that feeling of always loving to drive away with a clean car after the car has had work done. But nevertheless, Ocean Honda Service and advisors on board know their stuff with years of experience behind them. Thank you Service team.

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!
