My wife asked me to assist her with buying a car on 11/20/2019. After leaving another dealership in the area we decided to give Annapolis Honda a chance to earn our business. I contacted the dealership by phone and spoke to Anne Marie. I asked her could she confirm a particular CPO White Civic EX was still available? She seemed eager and willing to do everything she could, even walk outside to verify the car was on the lot. I really appreciated her willing to go the extra step before we drove 30 miles to the dealership. I felt this was going to be a much better experience than what we were currently dealing with at another local Honda dealer. We arrived at the dealership and Anne Marie was waiting for us. She informed us the car was being brought up and we could get processed to take a test drive. Anne Marie is a Pro. She was very knowledgeable about the car we chose. She was able to answer every question my wife had and made us both feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I came into the dealership to get a warranty repair completed and was impressed with the loaner car I had received and started toying with the idea of a new car. In the past, my experience had not been so great at Darcars but I remembered a few great individuals who saved the day, so I decided to check out what 2019's they had to offer. In my perusing, Mr. Milton Stiff came to the rescue. He was helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Due to having a 2018 Accord, I was pretty much aware of what the car had to offer and just really wanted a new car without having to pay more to have it. Mr. Stiff showed me a few different cars, but I was still attached to the same model I already had. So with the help of the awesome finance manager, Kerry Dillard, my wish to have a newer car was accomplished. This was my second opportunity working with Mr. Dillard and once again he made my experience with Darcars of Honda a joy. He added to the great care and concern I received from my salesperson, Milton Stiff. They were both very welcoming, professional, honest, straightforward, and friendly. I was able to get GAP insurance and additional coverage for my car without issue (a definite necessity when buying a car) and for a nominal cost when you look at how much an accident or damage to your car could cost you. The transaction was seamless and did not take much time to complete. I would definitely recommend coming into Darcars of Bowie to see Milton Stiff and Kerry Dillard when buying your next vehicle for an amazing car buying experience.

April 2, 2026 By: R Miller, Columbia, MD. My wife and I had gone to two other Honda Dealerships that were unable to obtain the particular Honda CR-V model we were seeking, and we were disappointed. Then we went to Sport Honda in Silver Spring, Maryland, and worked with Daniel Lopez. Mr. Lopez is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, trustworthy, and a thoroughly true professional salesperson. We were looking for a Honda CR-V with cloth seats and no new car smell. We came to Sport Honda to see a different CR-V that was advertised online. After reviewing a few cars, and talking to Daniel Lopez, he found a car that met all of our personal criteria and needs. He was very kind, explained the car’s features, and made the transaction both pleasant and satisfying. The Sport Honda staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. If you are looking for a Honda, I recommend Sport Honda, and work with Daniel Lopez.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!
