McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 10/10 Experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles! We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD! The entire experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles was absolutely painless and easy—exactly what you want when buying a new vehicle. A huge shout-out to our representatives, Gabe H. and Deanna B. They were not only incredibly friendly, but their customer service was truly exceptional. They were actively listening to our needs and what we were looking for, finding positive and productive solutions every step of the way. Their attention to detail was fantastic; they were very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of everything. From start to finish, this was a perfect experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Gabe, Deanna, and McGrath Honda of St. Charles. You won't find better service!

You were able to get me the exact car that I was looking for when other dealers just tried to get me to buy something else. There were a few delays, but were not the fault of the dealership - throughout the delays, communication was always there to keep me informed of what was going on.

We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

I had resigned myself to keeping my current car, but then he found me the perfect vehicle and I love it! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend McGrath Honda/Elgin. Just ask for Alex Valdez and he will work hard to find you what you want!

This is the second Honda that I bought from Muller because of the superior service I have received from this agency. The service department is efficient, incisive & will always keep you informed as to why the work is needed. They are fair & honest with their pricing. I would never buy a Honda from any other agency; they are the best!! I know other Honda owners that drive out of their communities & drive very far to have Muller service their autos. When I take my car to Muller, it is a positive experience from checking in to leaving the agency.

We got the Honda Accord. Ken, the Sales Consultant knows his field. It’s just frustrating because there’s a long wait for the financing office. We stayed 5 hours in the dealership & it’s mostly waiting for the financial office to process our papers.

I always receive great service at Zeigler and wouldn’t take my Pilot anywhere else. The service staff are knowledgeable and caring - and keep you informed as the work is being done on your vehicle. The sales floor staff are friendly and attentive, and make sure they put you in to the vehicle that best fits your needs. My next purchase will definitely be with Zeigler!!
