We found a vehicle via their website, then we met Jeff at their reception desk. We were briefed on the dealership. He provided us with information that was needed, then we took a great demonstration ride. During our test drive talked enjoyed good conversation. The vehicle was as shown on their site. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Our salesperson was so knowledgeable about vehicles that it helped make the decision to choose BMW over competitors easy for us. He was patient with us as we asked questions, and friendly with our children. We weren't sure we were going to buy a new BMW, but his willingness to work with us made the decision easy for us. We appreciated the low sales pressure environment as well!

We enjoyed working with Alison for the purchase of our new CR-V. She is knowledgeable, open to all questions and exceptionally personable. A delight to spend time with. Followers through on what she says she will do. If i had a need for another Honda today, I would contact Alison.
I learned about Alison through a women???s networking group on Facebook and she was so responsive throughout the process. You can tell she values customer service and does a lot of little things along the way. She will go through all the car???s features when you test drive and really knows her stuff! I look forward to working with her again years down the road.
