Visiting from Wyoming and car broke down. This was a week before Christmas. Service manager Dylan was able to get it check it out right away. Bad news, the engine needed major repairs. Sales man Kevin was excellent, was able to get us into another car quickly and without any hassle. Great service, picked up car 2 days later and was able to finish our visit and make it home as scheduled. They understood our problems and worked with us without any issues, even since we were stranded from out of state. Would recommend.

Wali is the greatest...explained my extended warranty ... took the time to answer all of my questions and offered alternative solutions...walked me to the car afterwards to make certain that my settings were back to my original...didn't get the usual old lady treatment, very appreciated... Oil change was finished in appropriate timely manner.. (My 1st visit to this dealership, spent 3plus hours for the same work!! Then they couldn't find my car!! Was not a god start) Have nothing but good opions of this visit..will ask for Wali to handle my next appt...
