Tom Wood Honda review
Terrific from top to bottom. Lisa Clark was amazing on getting the job taken care of on the administrative side and the crew there did a fantastic job on fixing my car. Video from the inspection on the damage by a fast in and out oil change place, the one where you stay in your car, and Tom Woods's team fix their terrible mistakes. Thank you to your team for getting me back out there. My wife and I are so impressed, and as avid honda owners, will now be taking our business there. Fatastuc from top to bottom.

Bought a 2011 Honda Element with 4WD. I spotted the internet listing and immediately contacted the dealership. After reviewing the CARFAX report, I made a quick decision to buy the vehicle for the full asking price and paid a large deposit by credit card. I was comfortable buying the car without seeing it or driving it since the seller was a Honda dealership- I knew the car would be inspected and serviced by the dealership before it was put on the market.

This was our first experience with Penske Honda. We had a very pleasant buying experience. The trade in was fair and our sales associate was kind and respectful with no high pressure selling techniques. The whole process went relatively quickly for buying a car. Looking forward to trying out the service department for the routine service. We would definitely recommend the dealership and our sales associate, Adrian.

Tom Wood HondaReviews
Tom Wood Honda review
I purchased my Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid from Tom Wood Honda- Anderson. Like many, I’m very busy, limited time and Justin Crenshaw listened to what I wanted, my time constraints and navigated me through the process- using links and online tools to keep me moving through the process. I appreciate him caring about where I was and what I needed to balance this transaction and my work schedule. I came all the way feom the south side of Indy to work with Tom Wood Honda. I knew the mdl and trim package I wanted but was having problems finding it in Indy. Justin had 1!! He allowed me to hold it with a deposit and I would be able to close on my next available time. Nikki was great as well and I really enjoyed the finance portion of my deal. She was knowledgeable, patient when I wanted to check the math :) etc!!! Awesome experience!

Great Lakes Honda of FishersReviews
Great Lakes Honda of Fishers review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Excellent Experience at Great Lakes Honda! I recently purchased a new 2027 Honda Passport TrailSport Elite Blackout from Great Lakes Honda of Fishers, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. A huge shoutout to Dani, who made the entire process easy, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. From our initial conversations through the final purchase, Dani was responsive, transparent, professional, and never once made me feel pressured. No games, no runaround, no unnecessary back-and-forth. Just honest communication and follow-through, which is exactly how buying a vehicle should be. Special thanks as well to Devin, the sales manager, and Tori, who both made helpful guest appearances throughout the process and contributed to an excellent overall experience. What I appreciated most was that the team respected my time, honored our discussions, and delivered exactly what they said they would. I knew what I wanted, and they made it happen without turning the process into a negotiation marathon. Buying a new vehicle should be exciting, not exhausting, and this team got that right. Absolutely worth the trip to Fishers. I'd happily recommend Great Lakes Honda, and particularly Dani, to anyone looking for a refreshingly straightforward car-buying experience.

Ed Martin HondaReviews
Ed Martin Honda review
Bought a 2022 Honda Civic Sport for my nephew. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My nephew totaled his 2020 Hyundai Kona and said he’d like a Honda Civic. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Agee who couldn’t be more helpful or nice along with his manager Shelly. Rob has been with this dealership since 2009 and Shelly for 32 years. I own a funeral home and have purchased numerous cars through the years and never have I had this level of service. Lockhart Cadillac needs to take note. I let them know that I wanted to purchase a car for my nephews Christmas present. When we picked up the car, they had it in the show room with a big green bow on it. Made my nephew feel important and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are first class people who know their product. In all the years I’ve bought Cadillacs, I rarely find the same salesperson when I go back. Ed Martin must take care of their people as Rob and Shelly both have many years at this dealership. If service is as good as the sales experience, I’ll be repeat customer many times over. Thank you Rob, Shelly and Ed Martin!

Erica/Lee/Cody were very helpful in the full process of our purchase as we took a few days to finalizeour decision. A friendly knowledgeable helpful group. We left pleased with our purchase as we always dread buying a vehicle and the entire process that is why we do not purchase a vehicle very often but this group made it a pleasant relaxed experience. Thank you.
