I’ve been going to Ken Garff Honda for the service and maintenance for my 2011 Honda CRV. The entire frontline staff in the service department is EXCEPTIONAL !!!! From the Advisors to the mechanics, I have NEVER been oversold or had work done that was not needed to maintain the proper performance of the vehicle and, happily, the vehicle is STILL in top condition after 16 years and 180,000 miles (so far). This outfit may not be the cheapest, but the staff never sugarcoats the hard truths and the prices are very reasonable. It’s worth it to me to have peace of mind that the jobs are done correctly and that the parts and expertise are on hand.

I had my oil change there. It was an easy process. They sent me a link that would tell me how long they might take, and they stuck to that time frame. They even sent me a short video showing me what about the car they recommended getting taken care of after looking at it. I decided to ask someone how long it would take to get those extra things taken care of right then, and they said it would stay within the time frame that had told me at the beginning. The person helping even took care of getting it set up for me so I didn't have to do anything to let someone else know that I wanted the extra things taken care of that day.
