My experience with Katlynn Hornsby. I needed to have my windshield replaced. Katlynn explained the process and was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable regarding the process. As I was trying to determine how I could get my car to the dealership for the repair (I caregive my 97 year old Father) she immediately told me about the valet service that us offered by Performance Honda. This totally reduced my stress on how to get my car there. I have owned 3 Honda's and been a customer with the Service Department for over 20 years.
