I recently wrote a review indicating I was upset with my experience of purchasing a used 2017 Buick Encore .. the day after my purchase the engine light came on and I was informed the car had a turbo problem and a cracked manifold. The GMC warranty I purchased from Betten would not cover my claim because they felt it was a pre-existing condition…I contacted Robb who sold me the vehicle and Tony the manager explaining what the situation was… they were both very cooperative and helpful in handing my concern and did everything they could to rectify the predicament..they clearly understood my frustration..disagreeing with GWC stating that when the car was approved there was no pre existing damage..As of now Tony is repairing my SUV at no cost to me, which I greatly appreciate…it’s a comforting feeling to know there are still people out there who really care… thanks Tony and Robb!

I took my car in for service for a problem that had been diagnosed by a different mechanic and I just wanted a second opinion. Took 5 hours to hear back about what was the issue, which was inconclusive but dealership said I should change the part just in case. Was given a slew of other work to be done, and had to call back several times to speak to a human who could walk me through $4k worth of work. I am choosing to take my car elsewhere for work but don’t think this is an unusual dealership experience - everyone I worked with was kind, but not timely and did not meet my needs. That does not mean they cannot meet other people’s.
