Serra Honda Grandville review
Round two with Antoine! Once again Antoine took great care of me. And of course when you find a sales consultant like Antoine you will continue to do repeat business.
2026 Honda Pilot review
Best family car I’ve ever owned. The interior design feels really modern and comfortable, and I love all the dashboard features and technology. It has a sporty feel while still being smooth and roomy for the whole family. Definitely one of the most comfortable SUVs I’ve driven.

Serra Honda GrandvilleReviews
Serra Honda Grandville review
I was in the market for a used Honda CR-V because I've heard they're super reliable and can really go the distance. My cousin, who has a lot of car buying experience and knows the local dealership scene really well, recommended I talk to Jason Chudzinski at Serra Honda in Grandville. Now I get exactly why he recommended him. Jason was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for and Jason made the whole experience comfortable, quick and very straightforward. Jacob, the Finance Manager, helped me wrap up the paperwork and he was also easy to work with. Jason, thank you for helping me find an awesome car and for making it a great experience. I'd recommend Serra Honda in Grandville in a heartbeat!

Chase was amazing! He helped me understand everything and worked with me to find just the right car for me.
2026 Honda Pilot review
We purchased this vehicle on the recommendation of our trusted mechanic. We did our research and the Pilot has not disappointed. The ride is smooth, and comfortable. There is so much interior space, and the cargo area is larger than our Explorer. Best purchase ever.

Betten Honda review
Bought a used 2019 Subaru from this dealership and could not be more pleased with the service, the ease of financing and selection. The car had just been put into inventory and had a few wrinkles to iron out. Betten Baker did all they promised they would do in prepping the car and making sure I was getting a quality product. Salesman Gage even delivered the car to our home when the service department finished with the final product.

Betten Honda review
I recently wrote a review indicating I was upset with my experience of purchasing a used 2017 Buick Encore .. the day after my purchase the engine light came on and I was informed the car had a turbo problem and a cracked manifold. The GMC warranty I purchased from Betten would not cover my claim because they felt it was a pre-existing condition…I contacted Robb who sold me the vehicle and Tony the manager explaining what the situation was… they were both very cooperative and helpful in handing my concern and did everything they could to rectify the predicament..they clearly understood my frustration..disagreeing with GWC stating that when the car was approved there was no pre existing damage..As of now Tony is repairing my SUV at no cost to me, which I greatly appreciate…it’s a comforting feeling to know there are still people out there who really care… thanks Tony and Robb!

Zeigler Honda review
Yesterday we had the pleasure of buying a pre-owned CRV from Zeigler’s Brian Sanderson. What a great experience! He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Our favorite was he had seen a KitKat bar in our old CRV and gave my husband a new pack of KitKats at closing (nice touch Brian!). Brian assisted us thru the whole process with a smile on his face. As a woman I appreciated that I was treated professionally and as an equal to my husband. I would recommend Brian and Zeigler to anyone interested in new or pre-owned. In fact tomorrow we’ll be at a retired teacher brunch and will mention the great experience we had with Brian…,and frankly all the staff we had contact with. Way to go Zeigler! Cathy & Ken Hosner

Upon entering the dealership felt like they were short staffed. No one was at the service desk. Waited a few minutes while they tried to locate someone to help us. We were the first appointment of the day. Once we had someone to help us- it was ok.
