Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! 2025 Honda Prologue review
I traded my 2016 Pilot for the 2025 Honda Prologue AWD Touring and have enjoyed the drive and performance even on 2,500 mile road trip to Colorado. It is comfortable, roomy, with many safety features, good range, smooth ride and performance, good acceleration, great infotainment and radio, it is quiet on the road and fun to drive. I charge at home but use the Tesla superchargers with ease and speed on the road. The Prologue makes driving easy and fun, and is a perfect transition from gas car! No more oil changes and gas stations!
