In January 2018 I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from this dealer, Everyone there was very personable and friendly. Deal was reached and favorable on the same day I visited. Here is where the issue started. In May of the same year I needed to remove a tire that was damaged. When I went into the trunk there was a jack but no tool to raise it ( the crank ) nor was there a lug wrench. I called Mills customer service and they directed me to the sales rep. who was busy and would call me back. I called the next day same deal no call back, Next day same treatment. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. If an issue should arise they leave you out to dry. I will just count my losses and go to a Toyota dealer and purchase the jack handle and lug wrench.

I really couldn't have asked for a single thing more. This dealership and it's team makes you feel like family.
I absolutely can not recommend them enough and will definitely give them my business again, regardless of the trip I need to make, in the future.

Despite some issues getting my car from the factory (out of dealer control) we experienced great customer service from Joe, Steve and Dan who tried very hard to make things right. Extremely competitive pricing with other Honda dealers in the state. Car is beautiful and we love it.

I started looking for a 2015 RAV4 three months ago. After haunting all of the car internet sites, I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I drove through the Lake Country Toyota lot on a Sunday and saw a 2018 XLE in a color I had not seen before and loved it. I stopped in the following week and talked with Dan Bradford. Super nice guy, no pressure. I found that I could buy the NEW XLE for very little more than a used 2015 would cost with all the warranty. The car I had seen on the weekend had sold so they looked and found EXACTLY what I wanted, an XLE in the color I wanted with the ASH interior I requested. The car was delivered the next day. A very pleasant buying experience... with ToyotaCare and free car washes as a bonus!
