Dallas was fantastic to work with. Unlike most car salesmen, he was not pushy and understood that we wanted to shop around a bit. The car itself is fantastic, it was kept in pristine condition and just overall the experience was great and I'll absolutely try to buy from this dealer and, specifically Dallas, again.
Power and efficiency

The vehicle had good power for a smaller engine and provided surprising efficiency. The ride was acceptable even on long journeys. Shifting through the gears was smooth.
I went in to this dealership to replace my old VW. I wasn't totally sure what exactly I wanted. I ended up dealing with Trent and this guy was a great help. He was super cool and patient with me as I looked and debated multiple different cars on the lot and gave me good honest advice as to what he thought I might like based on what I mentioned. Trent was not at all pushy and ultimately helped me find the exact right car for me. I could not be more excited! As for the rest of the team they were just as friendly and helpful. The next problem was my credit. Im a first time buyer with very little credit history. The team here worked very hard for me to get me approved with a much better rate than any other dealer could. At the end of the day, these guys just want to help you get the car of your dreams period. This was a great buying experience for me.
Beautiful, reliable and economical.

Even though I’ve owned luxury cars in the past, my Honda Accord fits all my needs and has the same high-end feel. I opted for the touring edition with leather seats and all the ’bells and whistles’. I commute 60+ miles per day so the fuel economy is definitely a plus. My only complaint is that the rear seats do fold down to create space for large loads.
Was very patient with me. Helped me find the right car. He listened what I had to say and wat I wanted in a car.
Will only ever own Honda CR-V

So reliable, so comfortable. I briefly switched from a CR-V to a Chevy Equinox and IMMEDIATELY traded it in for another CR-V. This car looks great, drives well, and makes me feel safe and comfortable on the road. No issues. Before the 2013 I drove a 1997 CR-V for well over 15 years. Very trustworthy, low maintenance vehicles.
I worked with Travis Brown as my sales associate and he was absolutely amazing. He was very patient while I made my decision on the vehicle I chose. Jimmy was an amazing sales manager and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience with Grand Junction VW. Adam was my finance associate, he was so patient with explaining a lease and then watching me get cold feet and deciding to purchase a vehicle instead. This was the best car buying experience I have had. It was a no pressure situation and everyone there was just super patient and super friendly. You can tell that they really value their customers.

This car meets all my needs I would definitely recommend this car I have owned 3 so far and each one is awesome yes I would do it again
We had a good experience, Chance was our salesman. He was very professional and patient with us. He found exactly what we wanted. He did most of it over the phone, the paper work was ready when we came in. Jeremy greeted us, and was very nice and professional. He was there to answer any questions that we had.
A very reliable, stylish and cost effective SUV

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
Seriously the guys here are so patient with answering as many questions as you have! Totally recommend Grand Valley! Special thanks to Chance Freese for helping us out with our purchase!
Honda builds cars built to last, but not perfect.

In the summer of 2017, got a 2012 Honda Accord with low miles (only one previous owner) at a good price. Many friends (some Honda loyalists) told me to go with a Honda for my next used car purchase. So far so good except for two items. One, the Takata air bag recall that most people already know about. Thankfully, the service appointment to replace it was a short one. Second, and this has happened twice so far...the driver's visor (with vanity mirror) to shield the sun has twice fallen out of place despite limited and gentle usage. It was able to be fixed both times, but this is not in keeping with the usual fit and finish one would expect from a Honda. Other than that, however, no further complaints.
Steve helped me find the Jeep I???ve been looking for over a year! He was very helpful as a first time buyer I was nervous but he made it very painless and easy. We will defiantly be going back to Steve for our next car next year!
Great Reliable Car

The Honda Civic is a good, reliable car. It is built for speed or acceleration but it works well. The vehicle seems a little underpowered but what it lacks in power, it makes up for in mpg. Overall, a good car which will last, but not the hottest car on the block.
Steve was so helpful throughought the entire process, including after purchase when the bank needed to follow up. He was available at al times, and even stayed after hours when I dropped my other keys at the dealership to make sure they were returned to me. The whole team was wonderful, including G and Jerry. Steve went above and beyond for us, and for him we are grateful! I???d definitely recommend Steve for any car purchases and inquiries. Thank you!!
Most Reliable car I've ever owned.

Never had any mechanical failures in 14 years of ownership. Only had to do oil changes and routine maintainence. Also very safe, I've been bumped into and rear-ended with NO damage to car. Bumpers are very protective. Also drives very well in bad weather/snow because of AWD.
I was not impressed. They quoted me 8000 for the repairs on my car. I went and got a second opinion. They quoted me 2000. For the same repair and with a warranty.
Won't go there again to try to get my car fixed
Fun, sporty and reliable! I love this car!

Fun, sporty and reliable. Very quiet and comfortable for those longer road trips plus nice and peppy for city driving. Great sound system, too! I love this car!
Have been doing business with this dealership for over 15 Yrs.
haven't had it long but like my 2017 CRV

Got an 2017 CRV EX AWD used with 22k miles CPO. As with a lot of Hondas there is some road noise, but it helps my son sleep, so it's not a big problem for me. I have had a little issue with the screen connecting during cloudy/stormy weather but it's been fine lately. Will see how it does on my next upcoming trips. I am enjoying the saftey alerts like lane assistance and the Apple Car Play feature is very nice! I bought this car for its reliability and hope it keeps is value as most Hondas do. I plan to keep it for a very long time unless I have another kiddo and feel otherwise :)
I really enjoyed being able to get a vehicle with them. While the customer service experience could have been a whole lot better. However day two of working with them I had a different sales person to finish helping me and she was amazing.
It's been an amazing car

Bought this car new. Have never had any issues with it. Super cheap to maintain. Regular maintenance and have replaced a battery and a few headlights and taillights. Runs like a dream, over 180K on it.
this is not be compared to a ford I owned yrs ago.

too many costly repairs A C went out $1700 to fix CVS went out A $1500 repair Brakes always bad Repair people say nothing wrong Need a lot of space to stop Only slightly over 50,000 miles drive other cars like a Toyota now No problems with Toyotas yet
First I want to say that I bought this car because I had to, I needed a car and I have always liked Hondas.
I rated it 1 star because it is a small car, not a good option if you need to have car seats in the back, also the seats in the back are uncomfortable and TERRIBLE for long drives.
I like the dashboard screens and the material used for the rest of the dashboard, the instrument panel for the stereo/CD player looks cheap and boring. I have no comments on the rest of the interior.
Poor performance going uphill, otherwise is ok just to drive around.
Value for the money
For me, it is over priced, competitors did better with 2012 models.
I gave it 1 star because Honda did a bad job with the 2012 Civic's design. There is really nothing that stands out.
I've had the car for 6 months and I haven't had any issues other than one time not wanting to start for no obvious reason.
Bottom line: I will not recommend it to a friend because of the overall design and how uncomfortable it is in the back seats. If is just for you and a passenger and you don't care about the looks (having in mind how pricey it is) then I would recommend it because of reliability.
