I found my new 2014 Honda Pilot by searching online. Honda of Pocatello had the vehicle I was interested in. Bren contacted me and since I do not live in the area, the entire buying process was completed through email, phone calls, pictures and texts. Bren was very responsive to my questions and the "negotiating" process was handled in a professional manner. He even delivered the vehicle to Boise for me so I did not have to travel over 200 miles to pick it up! The experience was not stressful and I am impressed with the quality of service I received. 2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

While traveling in Grand Tetons and Yellowstone, the screw attaching the rear mud flap on our Honda Pilot worked loose. Since there was no dealer nearby, we improvised with duct tape. We located the Honda dealer in Bozeman and decided to try to get it fixed before our 800+ mile trip back to Seattle. When I called the parts department, I was glad to find out they had 2 in stock and told the parts manager (Mike?) that we would be in the next morning to have it installed. He assured me that they would be able to take care of it and put the car on the hoist and had it done within a few minutes. He apologized about having to charge me $3 per screw. When I asked how much the installation cost, he surprised us by saying there was no charge. That surely made our day! Thank you to all the wonderful people we encountered--from the receptionist to the parts manager and the auto techs who installed the screw for us. My only regret is that I won't be able to continue receiving the great service from this dealer for my car.
