2023 Honda Ridgeline review
Great mid-sized truck! Far superior to offerings from Nissan and Toyota - both of which ride like trucks. The Ridgeline rides like an SUV. Quiet, predictable and dependable. The Honda Safety Sensing system is a tad of a nuisance but you get accustomed to ignoring it. Surprised that Honda doesn’t do a better job. Infotainment system is overly complicated. Fuel economy is acceptable. Power is acceptable.

2018 Honda Accord review
You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

2026 Honda HR-V review
Previous ownership of Honda vehicles because of their reliability. It' the number reason for this purchase. The HR-V is perfect for my wife and I as it's affordable to operate and maintain, comfortable size wise, simplistic in its design and features. So many vehicles just have too many electronic extras that just are not needed or even used. Love the clean design and fit and finish of the interior components, dash, panels, trim and seats etc. It's Honda reliability, a nice car for the price.

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

2023 Honda Accord Hybrid review
We've been buying V6 Accords for years now. This one is a totally different beast, unlike the previous V6, which were powerful, but "nervous", this car is so SMOOTH, elegantly gliding along, VERY MUCH LIKE AN EV. Yet when I need power — it delivers. The MPG is more than DOUBLE of what we've been used to. I tested a few hybrid sedans, and the Accord was the smoothest, you can't feel it switching from hybrid to Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), as some others do. Definitely a great buy!

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

2024 Honda HR-V review
I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

You have to stay on top of them with follow up and stay on them. If you follow up and its unpreparied call they can get a bit short, the owner is very nice. I had to take my car there after buying it with a problem and they fixed all the problems that the car had. They were very nice, but follow up is difficult.

2016 Honda Pilot review
Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

2023 Honda Ridgeline review
Great mid-sized truck! Far superior to offerings from Nissan and Toyota - both of which ride like trucks. The Ridgeline rides like an SUV. Quiet, predictable and dependable. The Honda Safety Sensing system is a tad of a nuisance but you get accustomed to ignoring it. Surprised that Honda doesn’t do a better job. Infotainment system is overly complicated. Fuel economy is acceptable. Power is acceptable.

All I can say is WOW (in the best way) about my recent experience with their service department and collision center. My family moved to Rhode Island in October after living my whole life in the upper Midwest. I found out about Saccucci Honda because I drove by it on the way to my parents house in Middletown. Jason Poston in your service department is a huge asset to the dealership. He has helped me with numerous things from day one, including things like spilled soda making the parking brake sticky to putting on my RI plates to inspecting the underside of the car when I drove over a curb recently. While I was there to get the underside of the car looked at I showed him some damage to the bumper from when a F150 had recently hit my parked car. I had been planning to take it to Quonset because they’re like 1/4 mile from where I live, but when I was in the service department Jason grabbed Michaela from the collision center and showed her the damage. I was dubious that they could repair it just by refinishing the bumper, and so she looked it over. I didn’t notice at all, but Michaela immediately saw that the trunk alignment was off. She reminded me that I’m able to take it anywhere I choose for the repair, so I cancelled my appointment with Quonset. Within a couple weeks they were able to get my car in for repair, and I had a lovely CRV to drive while it was fixed. I dropped my car off on Monday morning, and on Friday I got an email from her that my car was ready. But after that I got a call from USAA saying they found more damage and had to do another inspection. I was so confused! I called Michaela, and she immediately straightened me out. It really was ready. USAA just took their time calling me (they’d been out days prior). It’s a 2017 Civic, so I was SO pleased to see that my car looks good as new. And the inside and outside were beautifully detailed. I was so happy with my experience that I will continue going to Saccucci for all my needs even though my parents moved off the island and it’s a 40 minute drive each way. They’re just that good!
2022 Honda Insight review
My Insight EX 2022 is economical , comfortable and IMHO pretty. Now that late May is here (NJ) I’ve averaged 57 mpg in last 4 weeks. Winter is only 51 mpg. Bought in October 2021 and I average 625 miles per month, which means I fill up once per month! And always less than $30. I use the regenerative braking paddles as much as possible, only wish there was a third or fourth setting to bring to an almost complete stop stop, brake pads would last forever!, as I drive not much I’m averaging 11 months per oil change. I highly recommend this vehicle except if your commute is very hilly/ mountains. Much engine roar on big hills. Here in NJ not many of those. I’m 67 y.o. and do love to hypermile I do drive like the grandpa that I am!

On Sunday, August 7th, as my husband and I were driving our one year old Honda CR-V to the Newport Jazz Festival, we started to hear some odd sounds whenever we drove over a bump. My husband parked at one point and looked under the car and found that our splash guard underneath the car was the culprit. We were almost at Newport, so we decided to enjoy our day of jazz and window-shopping and then called the general number of the Honda road repair people, who suggested that we visit the Saccucci Honda dealership, which was on our way home. Usually, I dread being at a car dealership, enduring the slow wait for the completion of car repairs. But what a surprisingly pleasant experience greeted me at the Saccucci Honda dealership near Newport. First of all, a friendly golden retriever welcomed us when we walked into the waiting room. It even sat obediently so as to earn a doggy biscuit. I enjoyed petting the friendly, tail-wagging creature, who roamed around freely, dispensing affection and companionship. Apparently, there are other dogs as well, though I didn’t see them. I assume that if a client is allergic to dog dander, the dogs are corralled into a special “dander-free” area for them. As a dog-lover who lost my beloved black lab, Spartacus, two years ago, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to interact with this friendly pup. I had pleasant conversations with two older men in the waiting room, who also dog turned out to be dog-lovers. Ordinarily, I seldom talk to strangers in a car dealership. Within less than an hour, we learned that our splash guard had been hanging down, with the retainers not held in place. The repairman noted that it looked like the previous mechanic at our Honda dealership in Massachusetts had screwed up during our recent visit there, so they diagnosed our problem waived our bill, urging us to return to the previous dealership to have it fixed. The canine ambassador broke the ice and enabled me to enjoy two conversations with other canine fans that made the time fly. Needless to say, I was so impressed that the people at Saccucci dealership willingly took responsibility for our problem, even though they had not caused it. I heartily recommend visiting this dealership, if you are ever near Newport. Having friendly dogs roaming as ambassadors in a car dealership is a brilliant idea. I hope other dealerships pick up on this practice. After two years of Covid, we all need to start socializing again. *****Well done, Saccucci Honda!!! And I’m not related to any of the staff either. August 31, 2021 Saccucci Review I bought a new, 2021 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid from Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI. Being new to hybrid vehicles, from the beginning when I walked through the door and asked to talk to someone knowledgeable about plug-in hybrids, I felt comfortable dealing with the Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager, Casey Martin. For the past 3 years, Casey has been driving the type of car I was looking to buy. He was honest and forthcoming about the pros and cons from his experience. I place a lot of value on dealing with companies and people that are trustworthy, technically knowledgeable and competent, and that provide high quality customer service, especially on big ticket items. When I asked Casey to put some numbers together regarding the total cost of the vehicle, the value of my trade-in, and the bottom line, I was extremely surprised to see that Saccucci was passing on to me a $5,000 Honda incentive discount off the MSRP for my new Clarity. That discount never came up in my dealings with other dealerships as I was pricing the very same car with other dealers in RI and MA. All other dealers were asking for the MSRP of $34,790 or close to it. Once I decided I wanted to buy the Clarity, there were a few hurdles to overcome. First, Casey needed to locate a Clarity from another dealer. Saccucci had sold their last one. Within a day he found one. From that point, the Saccucci team was very helpful facilitating the delivery and registration process, complicated by the need to schedule appointments to do in-person business in the MA RMV. Saccucci normally takes care of the registration process, but I wanted to get my new “EV” plate ASAP, which can take up to 2-3 weeks. Once a next-business-day appointment was scheduled, they made it happen covering for staff vacations, time off, etc.. Special thanks to Pat McLaughlin and Shannon, sales consultants, Stephanie, Kellyann, and other back-office staff. Also, special thanks to Luke for a great job introducing me to my new car with a well organized and thorough orientation.
