The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

Good customer service and nice waiting area. I've had my car serviced there several times. It's a tad on the expensive side, but I always get an appointment when I need it. They are convenient and they also have a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is being worked on.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I came into the dealership to get a warranty repair completed and was impressed with the loaner car I had received and started toying with the idea of a new car. In the past, my experience had not been so great at Darcars but I remembered a few great individuals who saved the day, so I decided to check out what 2019's they had to offer. In my perusing, Mr. Milton Stiff came to the rescue. He was helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Due to having a 2018 Accord, I was pretty much aware of what the car had to offer and just really wanted a new car without having to pay more to have it. Mr. Stiff showed me a few different cars, but I was still attached to the same model I already had. So with the help of the awesome finance manager, Kerry Dillard, my wish to have a newer car was accomplished. This was my second opportunity working with Mr. Dillard and once again he made my experience with Darcars of Honda a joy. He added to the great care and concern I received from my salesperson, Milton Stiff. They were both very welcoming, professional, honest, straightforward, and friendly. I was able to get GAP insurance and additional coverage for my car without issue (a definite necessity when buying a car) and for a nominal cost when you look at how much an accident or damage to your car could cost you. The transaction was seamless and did not take much time to complete. 3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Everyone, very everyone was very courteous. The facility was clean. The restroom was also clean. The customer service representative Antonio after going over what I needed he told me almost approximately how long the car would be for the service particular service that I was getting. He also brought up to me that the car had a recall on it so they also went ahead and repaired the recall

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!
