Jose was great to work with, this was probably the shortest amount of time I’ve been in a dealership. Showed up on Saturday evening and test drove the car was there about 20-30 minutes, contacted them by phone Monday and I did everything I could do over the phone then got there after work Monday and was there 30 minutes finalizing everything. Out of those 30 minutes we did have to wait 10 because Jose was already with another customer. A no pressure environment and very nice people.
2023 Honda CR-V review
I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

2024 Honda CR-V review
Purchased at Lease return, a 2019 with 20k miles, I am at 70k and its been consistent. Gas, Oil change, minor filters, wipers etc. getting average around town 32 MPG on long trips if i stay under or at 70 MPH it gets close to 40 MPG (Its not a hybrid)

2026 Honda Passport review
I’ve had a 26 Passport Trailsport Elite for about 4 months and racked up about 10,000 miles on it. So far I’ve taken it off road, towed 1,000s of miles at max payload capacity, and just lived with it daily. This is a good all arounder for the adventure seeker. The performance I feel could be better but it’s no slouch and what it doesn’t have in acceleration it makes up for in room. If you’re looking for a practical daily that can keep up with your weekend adventures, the passport should be on your radar

2017 Honda CR-V review
2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. I've had the vehicle for 2 weeks. I like it but it's ridiculous the AC is not cold enough because it automatically keeps switching to "woke" mode. Meaning, Economy Drive mode. No way to switch it. Honda needs to fix this. The AC sucks in the 2026 Passport top model

2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

2026 Honda Passport review
I purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite model and am very happy with it. I love the many extras that this package has, especially the heat/cool seats, as well as the heated steering wheel. I love how roomy and comfortable the ride is in both front and passenger seats. I will definitely travel in this vehicle. Excellent buying experience. But more importantly, care after purchase is even better. We have full faith in the Serra Honda service department. We've been customers for nearly 15 years. Recently the department installed roof roof rails on our 2017 CRV. The work was professionally done in minimal time at reasonable expense. Our service rep, Chris Hughes, did an exceptional job keeping us apprised of status. He's personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra step. The type service rep you'd want working in your service department. We even use the Serra Honda service department for our second vehicle, a Mazda.
2024 Honda HR-V review
So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.
