This is my 5th lease with Bayside Volkswagen. They take their time in explaining everything to their customers. I can see how much they value customer loyalty, which is why I plan to continue dealing with them until I die or have my license taken away! :-D
Not Only was Harald knowledgeable which is key when it???s your first time leasing. But he makes sure the does right by you and doesn???t lead you on. His team including Patrick, and their direct supervisor Scott are good guys. Expect nothing but exceptional service when dealing with them. Will definitely be coming back.
My experience at Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center exceeded my expectations. My salesperson, Jerone Sealy was exceptional, he was friendly , professional and displayed a very calm demeanor in his approach to selling. I never felt pressured. Jerone explained in detail every question I had regarding the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of the sale. If I had to rate him from 1 - 10 he deserves an 11. Jerone Sealy thank you so much. I love my GLE 43 Coupe just as you said I would. You are a top notch salesperson!
I've been buying cars from MBRVC for ages. I think this is the 8th or 9th car that I get from Tom Ahrens at MBRVC. The amazing thing is that I didn't even have to go pick it up, it was delivered like a hot pizza! I love this place and the service they provided. My beautiful 2019 GLE AMG is beautiful and exactly what i wanted. Tom is the best and never tries to oversell you on any car! He does his job and he does it well! The entire buying process was super easy and fast. Funny thing is that we were looking to try out Range Rover down the road and they totally dropped the ball on a vehicle I ordered(after waiting months). That was a mistake trying to leave Mercedes Benz and especially Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre. These guys are like family and I will stay with them forever! To think of it, Tom Ahrens is family and I love him and MBRVC! A+++++ in my book!!!!
These guys do a great job making sure I get my service needs met. I am particular about dealers sticking to their warranty and that's one of the best 'features' of Fette. I never get a hard time about warranty claims. They always have a loaner waiting for me. Would by from them again.
The friendliness and professional service was evident from the moment I pulled up to the garage. The wait was not long and best of all my salesman from 7 months ago came over to say hello AND he remembered my first and last name! I'm a happy customer! Oh and my car is cool too :)

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome and you won’t be disappointed.

I travel 10 miles to go here for service because the dealership is small and has a friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get too and even in high rush hour traffic times there's no problems getting into the driveway and finding parking. Unlike the larger dealerships across the Island, Metric is an independent (just Subaru) and is truly hassle free. It has less customer volume which enables them to focus individually on getting things done. Service is typically done faster than the original estimates. When they say an hour it usually means 35 minutes. Its the dealers job to make money on services. I get it. However it is cost competitive with other dealerships in the area. I'm still waiting on their new facilities proposal to be built as the building is old and needs updating. The service waiting room is small and you will need to walk about to stretch your legs as it's too tight for tall folks to extend knees locked. The waiting room chairs need to be updated for longer sit ins, they serve their purpose for 30 minutes tops. What really is nice, is your free to walk the facility and grounds while waiting with out an employee asking if you need help every 5 minutes.
I bought a new Escape at Ed Carney Ford. I love the car - and I found my experience working with the salesman to be very professional. He went out of his way to make me a happy customer- making sure that every detail was addressed and all my questions answered.
