I went to Glockner, South Point Ohio, for a oil change on my Ford Transit Connect Van. This was my first time there. They were polite, I felt welcomed and the did a very prompt service and reasonable priced! I think I'll go back to them for more services for my vehicle.

This truck has so much leg room. The panoramic sunroof is so amazing. Very pleased with this vehicle and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
It is a pleasure dealing withMoes of Huntington. Nice sales and finance team. Very helpful and curtious. Very good maintenance department. Friendly and considerate. We have purchased two vehicles there and both were good experiences. Highly recommend Mose of Huntington.
Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
My concern is...the service personel didn't know what my car was scheduled for...he said oil change. The manual says tire rotation, oil change, filters changed and 57 point inspection..... I don't feel like I got a complete service.Ihave 2 Cadillacs ...a 2016 ELR (the serviced vfhucle) and a 2017 XT5 purchased 2 weeks ago

This truck is perfect for me. Its not the loaded model but it has all the basics for a comfortable ride which is really what you only need for a starter.
I wanted a hard to find used vehicle and was picky about the color, mileage and price. I found the vehicle I wanted on Cars.com and emailed Moses AutoMall. Brad White at Moses was great to work with. He quickly gave me a rock bottom price. I drove over 600 miles and he picked me up at the airport where I had to leave the rental car. The dealer documentation fee at Moses is the lowest you will find, saving hundreds of dollars. I was in and out in a few hours, no hassles. Brad was very helpful after the sale with some tax and registration issues related to being an out of state buyer. Well worth the drive.

Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.

I just did something that I swore I would never do again, which was to buy a new car. What finally sold me on a 2019 Sorrento with a V6 and AWD is the 20 year and 200k mile warranty and the 5 year zero percent financing. i want to give an unsolicited shout out to Kia and Dutch Miller Kia in general, and to Nathan Graves and the sales manager in particular for working with me to get all of my needs met. I acknowledge that I am not the easiest customer, especially when I am doing something I never would otherwise, but they went the extra mile to work with me. They knew I like to travel and wanted something to pull at most a 5000 lbs travel trailer, and the 20 years and 200k warranty should keep me mobile well into retirement. Thank you guys!

On the positive side, love the engine and transmission. Tuned exhaust is just right - a low growl but not obnoxious. Seat comfor is so- so, especially after a couple of hours behind the wheel. Entertainment system is a big disappointment? especially since this is a Limited edition. Sound quality is average and the Entune system should be dropped immediately in favor of Apple and Google offerings. Toyota is a little slow incorporating technology- not sure why. Still, I bought this truck for its above average reliability history and hope to have it for a long time.
Excellent customer service. They made purchasing our new vehicle a wonderful and easy experience!! We love our new Kia and will definitely buy from them again!!

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
This place made shopping for a car such a pleasant experience. Angie Gue was very helpful and great to work with in helping us find a new jeep!!! I can't wait to buy another jeep and it will definitely be here!

Definitely feel like i got some bang for my buck on this one. The Gas mileage is OUTSTANDING!. Sleek little car with a ton of interior space and ridiculous get up and go for such a tiny, gas saving engine. I think overall to say I am pleased would be an understatement.
Both Kenny and Brent worked together to get our deal done. We showed up with no appointment and they both worked together to get us taken care of inspite them have other customers.

This vehicle is exactly what I was looking for. Great gas mileage, much roomier inside than expected (I am 6'3"), has plenty of pep for a smaller engine, will be a great vehicle for commuting to work but versatile enough for running errands, taking trips or just going out for a fun drive. Completely satisfied!
For my first car purchase I have no complaints only praises! Me. Steinke was very professional and amazing to work with! He made the process quick and easy and was just an all around great guy. Glockener of Ashland is very lucky to have a salesman such as him.

Own 2014 Silverado and I love it but I've had alot of problems ..no matter how many times I bring it to the dealership they can't find the issues... running out of warranty and problems still not fixed..

Regret March 9, 2017 purchase date. Had to check air daily in tires , never changed out right run 7000rpm gets 15mpg cause Firestone tires are rotten messed up speed sensor when knot popped out side wall with 1100 miles on it. $578 monthly payments plus other cost & it's a danger to others as well as death ride for me. HELP PLEASE!!
The way they handle sales should be the business model for all of Chrysler. It was a simple process and every detail was explained. The staff was nice and made sure we got a vehicle we needed not just ???moving cars.???

This truck is perfect. On the outside, it’s sleek and good looking, and it drives great, with better brakes and acceleration than my last car which was a minivan. The inside of this truck is everything I want, it has nice features like a touch screen that’s easy to navigate, but also an array of buttons so you aren’t stuck relying on a less responsive screen. The seats are large and comfortable and the interior is enormous.
DJ was the first and last person I dealt with at Glocker. He was the first to welcome me the first time I pulled in to look at a car. He was very friendly, and concerned about what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions without frustration and got me the car I wanted. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

The Malibu is a very comfortable car to drive, plenty of interior room. Pretty good on gas mileage. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone.
