From the beginning of my experience here I felt like they were honest with me. Everything was very clear and transparent. The process was smooth and the salesperson Josh was a pleasure to work with. He even picked us up from the airport. Everything was positive and I had a great car buying experience.

this is a very nice vehicle - even nicer than I expected. Drives well, has good options, and very few flaws - and the review needs more words. Black on black with most options.

Our car shopping experience was excellent! Ethan Dyer is our new bestie and was so fun to work with. He made our car buying experience seamless. Austin from finance was also great and gave us a ton of great info. We will be Volvo girls for life now!
2022 Volvo XC60 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid review
I have owned 2 Volvo's and both have been amazing including the 22 XC60 PHEV. I once had to wait for a part for longer than I would have liked but I was in a service loaner that was an upgrade to my car so I'm not really complaining. Overall, the car is quick, great on gas when I'm not using Electric daily. It's comfortable, great to look at, it can tow small boats/campers and is great for a small family/couple. I couldn't have been happier, it was just what I needed before going all the way EV.

If there were 30 Volvo dealerships in the area I would still pick Ken Garff Volvo downtown. Sales, Finance, and Service are so easy to work with. They give you the best deal up front so there is no haggling and service is so easy. I have been working with them for 6 yrs and have not had a bad interaction. Highly recommend.

Did a great job replacing my transmission under warranty and making sure I was taken care of!!
2023 Hyundai ELANTRA HEV review
Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.

2024 Toyota Tundra Hybrid review
As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

Mark Miller Toyota review
We were visiting Salt Lake City, driving a rental Toyota Corolla and needed help pairing our Apple i-phone with the car's sound system. Even though we had not bought a vehicle from Mark Miller Toyota we were warmly greeted by receptionist Rika Medina, who quickly located a staff member to assist us. Moments later, Jonathan Denanda came to our assistance and patiently walked us through the process. In no time he linked our phone to the rental car system and explained various functions so we could maximize our listening experience. Jonathan was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable and we were very grateful for his expertise. It made our four hour drive to several Utah state parks much more enjoyable having our curated "soundtrack" to go along with the magnificent scenery. Thank you, Mark Miller Toyota, for assisting us even though we aren't locals!

2026 Toyota RAV4 Plug-In Hybrid review
I have had the car one month so far, RAV4 plug n see They say I can go 50 miles on electric charge, I am getting 55 to 58 depending on my driving style with running the a/c. So far I have not used a drop of gas. I am charging at night from 10pm to 7 am using 110 standard plug. The lowest I have taken battery down is 28%. Our local electric company has great rates from 12 to 6 am, I have figured my charging cost at about .64 cents per night for a full charge. The car is very quiet and smooth, with the horse power at 300 plus it is very quick. Looks great and runs like you want.

Super pleased with this dealership in their speediness of service at the Quick Lane, helpful honesty in recommendations, and offering Uber transportation to and from home while our car was serviced! Love it!!
2023 Hyundai ELANTRA HEV review
I've had my 2023 Elantra HEV for 1200miles so far. Averaging 50 mpg with mix of hwy/city driving. All the tech works well, and there is a lot of tech! It is a smooth and comfortable ride for a non-luxury compact car. I sold my Lincoln Continental to buy this simply because I plan on driving it cross country a lot over the next few years and it will be under warranty for 100k/ 10 years and for the MPG. So far, i am very happy with the purchase, and my wife always wants to drive it, instead of my Subaru Outback or my Mercedes E320.

2024 Toyota RAV4 Prime review
After years of diesel Mercedes use, this plug-in hybrid rav4 is mind blowing in comparison. 93mpg after 13,700 miles. I only put premium fuel in this car because i never know when i'll use the ice engine. 500 highway miles range with a full tank.

It is a very smooth ride! Handles beautifully. Gas mileage a big improvement with the hybrid. We have the platinum version. I have driven two different Toyota Rav 4’s over the past 12 years, and enjoyed them also; however there is no comparison to the Highlander! It is just a great vehicle!

Kentson Car Company review
We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Kentson Car Company and we will definitely be back again! The selection is great and the shopping process is amazing!! We worked with Mark both times and he is a pleasure to work with. There is absolutely no pressure, he's very informative and helpful, and you test drive without having a salesman breathing down your neck on the ride. There is definitely a completely different feel than shopping for and purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. Once we made our decision the paperwork took literally 15 minutes. They even arranged for us to get the front windows tinted promptly before heading home. EXCELLENT experience from start to finish!!!
2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
So far no problems with this vehicle other than the plastic side trim piece on the door is starting to come off. That I’m sure is an easy fix. Everything works perfectly the new and improved Bluetooth connectivity is nice, the heated seats work fine and no problem with the panoramic moon roof.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, but John looked up and realized I haven’t already paid for tire rotations for the life of our tires and pointed that out to me. I had been taking it to grease xxxxxx, but it was not any more expensive at the dealership. He was very friendly and professional. I never felt he was trying to sell me something.
2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

I had the best experience coming back for a second buy through Stan Norkis! I will keep coming back for my future purchases and recommend Toyota Bountiful to anyone looking for a vehicle. Love this team here and the efforts they make to make sure you are still happy for years to come!
2024 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid review
I initially was looking at a conventional gas '24 Tacoma TRD Offroad with the $4400. level TRD package. After driving this model, this one came home instead! The truck has better acceleration, the battery kicks in at 30mph or less and it's knocking down almost 23mpg with 1900 miles on it so far. The higher options one (approx $8500) on this Tacoma, comes with acoustical glass making it quieter on the inside than the lower TRD option equipped truck I initially looked at. The seats are comfortable, the 360 camera view, and speaking of cameras, this one has one for the rear view mirror! No more looking at the rear seat headrests in the view. Buy this truck, it's a mid-size with the high-end full-size truck goodies that'll fit in parking spaces.

Performance Toyota Bountiful review
Amir was great to work with! He was respectful of our choices, listened to what we were looking for, and made me feel heard throughout the process. He even offered to bring a car to us to test drive on a Friday night, which really impressed me and showed how willing he was to go the extra mile. What I appreciated most was that Amir was never pushy. As someone who works in sales myself, I really value a salesperson who listens, respects the customer’s decisions, and doesn’t try to steer them toward something simply because it benefits the sale. Making a decision to spend that kind of money is tough enough. I had done a great deal of research beforehand and knew what I felt comfortable with, and Amir respected that rather than trying to convince me I needed something different. It was refreshing to work with someone who made the experience feel comfortable instead of pressured. It was a pleasure working with Amir, and I would definitely recommend him!
