We searched on the Internet for the particular car we wanted, and one of the few for sale was nearby at Toyota of Kingsport. The car was priced competitively, and we worked through the details of the trade, payoff, new financing, etc., with no major issues. We feel like we were treated fairly and purchased a good car.
2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Bought it use with 70k miles on it recently. I looks almost showroom new. I figured if it hasn't gone bad yet, I should have no major issues. I love the tech and comfort and gas mileage is so so, but you can't have everything and at the price of 16K it was well worth it. Love this car and hope to get a good 200K miles out of it. One note is that it never left flordia so it didn't get all that salt from the roads in the winter. After looking at the new ones, I'll take the 2022 over the 2025 or 2026 any day!

My 2018 Ford Focus had a recall on its tensioner rod and oil pump belt. This dealership was very responsive about this recall after I called numerous other Ford dealerships to have them tell me I could not tow my vehicle to their location due to construction or inform me this part was not available and I would have to be placed on a waiting list. The helpful staff at the service department were great and I appreciate their respect and kindness during this very stressful time. It’s a great practical car. No frills, reliable, and spacious. Very efficient given its size and space. Is it going to win any competitions for speed and luxury? No. But will it get you from A to B with a bunch of space, slowly sipping on gasoline? Yes!

2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
Great in mileage. Looks great. Performance is amazing. I don't like the fact that you can't use GPS, remote start, location finding, etc without subscribing monthly. Also dont like Toyota's spying, as they actually say they will supply all of your driving info like speeds, stopping, behaviors, locations travelled to, driving habits, etc. to all law enforcement and all insurance companies that request the data. That is just plain "1984" control and interference with privacy. They might as well be the CCP or other dictatorship.

2024 Toyota Tundra Hybrid review

2026 Toyota 4Runner Hybrid review
This vehicle is not only very comfortable inside but is very stylist in a brutal sort of way on the outside. Stated milage is 24 but we have been able to squeeze 26.9 out of it so far. As to reliability, we owned our last 4 Runner for 29 years with normal maintenance...hated to get rid of it.
