Toyota of Greensboro review
I bought a 2017 Prius C from you in 2021 and have been entirely pleased with it and with Rice's excellent and courteous service, so much so that II have continued to come to you for service since I moved to Raleigh early last year. PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) Additionally, I hasten to add my compliments to management for your excellent phone agent, Fernando Fuentes; he is courteous, competent and accommodating! Please be sure to send him a copy of my comments. Thank you for providing such excellent all around service and atmosphere for your customers! Sincerely, Bob Foxworth
2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid review
Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

Mark Jacobson ToyotaReviews
Mark Jacobson Toyota review
I bought this car new about 10 years ago after contacting about eight Toyota dealers. They were the only one that accepted my offer. This is the only service department that maintains my car except what I do myself. When I needed new tires a few years ago, their price was competitive with other tire stores. My service today took less than 45 minutes with two updates. Top-notch communication and service managers.
2023 Toyota Camry review
It’s a Toyota…It’s a Camry…It’s reliable, economical & dependable. Enough said. Perfect commuter vehicle, or starter vehicle for new driver that is easy and economical to maintain.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Johnson Volvo Cars DurhamReviews
2024 Volvo XC60 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid review
The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

Southpoint Honda review
The remote interaction with the Dealership was non-existent. I submitted my interest in a vehicle, along with my email, twice. I never heard back, but it was less than 24 hours later when I showed up unannounced at the Dealership and ended up buying the car. The in-person experience was fully10/10ths, excellent in all aspects. Very Pleased and properly handled from discussion to negotiations to finance. WELL DONE!

Perfect car. Unique and SIMPLE hybrid system that just plain makes more sense than any other. Drives well. Softer leather than in previous accords. I have the exl trim.

Had a blowout on the interstate at 7:30am. Got a tow to this dealership and had 4 tires mounted, balanced and 4 wheel alignment all by 12pm. Total was even a little cheaper than a discount tire place. Left with a very clean car since they also washed it. Always great service here.

Toyota of Greensboro review
Toyota of Greensboro is the best. Greg Moore was my salesman he done a fantastic job today getting me in my new 2026 Rav4. He is very smart and knowledgeable all while being understanding of my needs. I went in today for a service job and came home with a new car. I am definitely happy and grateful for Greg he stayed and made sure I got all setup with linking my car and phone. What really stood out about him he wasn't in a rush just to make a sell He really took his time and I appreciate that. He made me comfortable in making my decision . I can not Thank him enough
2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
This is our second RAV 4. The ride is nice, the pickup is great for a 4 cylinder. Our 2012 RAV is a V6 and pickup when getting on the freeway is amazing. The 2024 is equally great. The exterior is sleek and very sharp looking. Looks better than some of the high end cars.

Battleground Kia review
Lakenya(sales associate) was awesome. She was professional and helpful and worked to get us a fair deal and delivered quickly. Brent (general manager) got involved and helped us get things squared away. Eddie Long (Finance Manager) is a real pro and genuinely kind and high integrity man. He is a real asset to battleground Kia! Get your next Kia here.

Johnson Volvo Cars Durham review
We purchased a preowned Volvo XC40 Recharge from Johnson Volvo and were very pleased by the overall experience. Forrest was attentive and efficient and helped us complete the buying experience with none of the "ick" you get at some dealerships. We are glad to have done business with Johnson Volvo and look forward to a long relationship as we enjoy our vehicle.

2009 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid review
Outstanding convergence of the best design elements resulting in uncompromising form and function excellence. This from a used car, no...on second thought, a very useful vehicle.
