Spitzer Kia Cleveland review
I bought my fourth car from Spitzer last week and wanted to say how much I love this dealership. I never feel pressured to make a purchase, and I always receive great service. Thanks, George!
2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Ken Ganley Kia Medina review
Great service by will in Medina location. Always as for him when I need service on our vehicle. Love the Medina location and its staff.
2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

BMW of Westlake review
My car was damaged in an accident and the body shop I was sent to by my insurance could not figure out the electronic repairs required .The technicians at BMW of Westlake figured out the issues within hours and Brittany (my service manager) was amazing at coordinating with my insurance adjuster . She also kept me updated througout the process. Would recommend this dealership for any repairs or buying a new car. They go above and beyond for their customers.

2025 Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid review
Great everyday ride. Not a sports car by any means but has features that no other suv in its size and price can match. Leather seats are uninspiring - suggest they go synthetic with a nicer look and feel. Acceleration of hybrid is very good and appreciate no CVT tranny - prefer the traditional 6speed and front/back drive with no electric motor separately motoring the rear. This is my wife’s car and 2nd in 2 years - upgraded to the hybrid limited because the base engine is a dog and gets terrible mpg.

2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

I dropped my 2026 X5 off for its first oil change. Received a courtesy ride back to my house. Received a text containing a video of the service tech walking around the vehicle explaining the condition of my vehicle's brakes and tires. Cory at the service desk did a great job as well. About 1 year later and I am very happy with my BMW purchase.

Honda of Cleveland HeightsReviews
Honda of Cleveland Heights review
One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!
2025 Honda Civic Hybrid review
Great experience from beginning to the end. My salesperson Yass listened carefully to what I was looking for, showed me several options within my price range, and answered all my questions about the features and financing. They also kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was ready for a smooth pickup. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

CarMax Ellicott City review
The sales associate (Siwan) was very kind and friendly. I was a little nervous considering this was my first car buying experience, but with the help of my parents and the Siwan, all of that nervousness went away! Siwan was awesome and helped me with everything along the way!
2025 Mazda CX-70 PHEV review
I like the vehicle, the buying public doesn't like it.Huge depreciation ,terrible resale value, huge MSRP.This should only be leased and then returned at lease end.Im two years in on a 3 year lease almost 12k in the red....ouch,good thing I leased it.
