2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.

Very happy with this SUV - have 10,000 miles on it. Excellent radio, electronics, seating, and comfort. Hybrid is excellent but mileage at 32-35 mpg is a little off

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

This review is about my very positive experience with two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with service and repairs from Watson’s Service Dept. Recently I started having an engine problem. My Fixx tester showed a bad cylinder issue. I called and made an appt. with my service rep. Jerry Rivera. The technicians found a bad cylinder that could not be repaired and would require a new engine. I only had 118K miles on the car. I was devastated, as the cost of a new engine was over 9K. I am 76, recently retired and now on a limited fixed income, with slowly dwindling savings, due to the high cost of living and medical issues. I called the Service Director, Gabriel Sterns and discussed with him my plight. I just could not afford the high cost of the repair nor was I able to buy a used car. Gabriel and Jerry worked with GM to help me cut the cost of the new engine to half and they also provided me with a rental so I was still able to get to my Dr’s appt. etc. I can not say enough about these two wonderful gentlemen and how they helped me solve my problem. I love my car, it's a gorgeous Pearl color and it has to last for as long as I am able to drive. I am forever grateful to Gabriel, Jerry and Watson Chevrolet!

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Jenn was amazing. She took really good care of me and made sure that all the paperwork was complete. Jenn was extremely thorough on the next steps needed with finance. She was an amazing person to work with.

The whole family loves this car. From the heated/cooled seats to the roomie interior. My only complaint is it does not have a spare tire. So I bought a jack and full-size spare for long road trips.

He was really cool. A good guy and was honest. Him being himself really helped him sell the car! I was wanting to downsize from a F150 super crew because of garage space and I needed something easier to get in and out of. The Maverick fills both needs very nicely and gets lots better fuel economy. So far I am very happy with my decision.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Al and his wife Elly were great to work with. They were honest, have a great selection of cars, answered our questions and allowed us plenty of time to check the car out without pestering us. When we purchased the Toyota Rav4 from them, they were able to do all the paperwork with our credit union, our insurance company and motor vehicle in a short frame of time. Their office was comfortable and restroom was very clean. Nice people.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

It was a strange coincidence,I was driving to a friends place when a red Camaro passed me and caught my eye because I was thinking of purchasing one...as he passed me i noticed it had dealer tags,I tried to catch up but he was too quick and left me behind,I thought to myself oh well,then as I approached I noticed he was behind a truck and i caught up! I put the window down and yelled are you selling it? He said yes,i asked if he would pullover and he did..I was instantly in love with this 2013 red Camaro! This car checks off all of the boxes for me when it comes to luxury and comfort. This car is my second Lexus RX hybrid and it will be hard to get me to buy a different one.

I love this car. I have 200,000 miles on it and it runs like the day I bought it. Other than normal maintenance I have had no problems. I have not had to put brakes on this car yet and I just had it inspected.

We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.
