Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
Bought a used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Miguel. He was absolutely outstanding in all aspects, and would recommend him to my family and friends. I will definitely buy from him in the future, so just ask for Miguel when you go there.

First of all, I felt the car I received was a good value. Secondly, I felt the price offered for my used vehicle was reasonable. Third of all, I felt that the information provided prior to my making a decision to "buy" was all inclusive. I never felt as though I wasn't getting the whole story. This Father and Son combo went out of their way to provide excellent service. If they weren't 150 miles away, I would use them exclusively. Plus, they are nice and easy to deal with.

Being from Waterbury I have many choices here, but saw a vehicle on line that interested me. Took a ride just to see it and Vin came out, didn???t pressure me just talked awhile then took it for a long ride, not just down the street. Really got the feel of it.
