Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! CarMax located on 6375 South semoran boulevard Orlando Florida is an awesome place to shop and buy a car. All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. In today's society, nice people are hard to come by, but people here at CarMax are super friendly and helpful and professional and knowledgeable.
2022 Hyundai Accent review
I bought the 2022 Accent SE trim as a backup daily driver. It's great but not awesome. True, the interior is not much of a wow factor, but it's nice and simple. The radio and infotainment is simple, backseats, trunk, lights, many simplicities in this car. Driving is fun, it does have a bit of an acceleration that I'm not used to. Huge windshield though, I was impressed. The shifter know moves cleanly as well. Brake is under par, I wish it was a bit better (I'm probably used to the Brembos on my garage queen.) I don't like the plastic rim cover, I might change out the rims to nicer ones. I replaced my halogens with LEDs for my headlights. I get about 33-36 MPG driving in Texas roads so, my driving habits are rather safe-ish and slow. I think for the price, it is one of the best starter cars out there. I love Toyotas and Hondas, but these days in 2024, they are way too overpriced. If you are in the market for something simple and clean, and are trying to avoid flashy and eye stares, also while not hurting your wallet; this might be the car your looking for

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

2018 Hyundai Accent review
This is a great car. Bought new, SE with 6 spd manual. Quite fast, 0-60, 7.5 seconds. mileage on highway up to 50 mpg. price paid OTD 14500. maintenance, put gas in it, change the oil every 10000 miles. New battery after 52 months. 30000 miles on car. No problems with car. I would recommend this car to anyone. Best mileage seen 56 mpg. worst 13 mpg., avg. 42 mpg., city, highway. will cruise on highway at 80 mph all day long and still get 40, plus mpg.
