Xavier was a great sales person. Straightforward, no garbage. Jeff Wyler in Columbus offers add-ons, but doesn’t force them on you. That was greatly appreciated.

Drive DirectReviews
Drive Direct review
I had a great experience working with Nathan at Drive Direct. He was very professional, patient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Even though my credit score was only okay, Nathan Weeks worked hard to help me get a really good deal and made the financing process much easier than I expected. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable with the deal. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism he showed. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Nathan and Drive Direct to anyone looking for a vehicle.

2024 Hyundai ELANTRA review
Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin review
They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

Exceptional Experience with Amie at Auto Boutique! 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ from Auto Boutique, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Amie. From the moment I walked into the dealership, she made the entire process seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free. Why Amie Stands Out Highly Knowledgeable: Amie took the time to truly listen to what I wanted and used her expertise to guide me to the perfect vehicle for my specific needs. EV Expertise: She completely understands the Cadillac LYRIQ and answered all my technical questions about charging times, battery range, and features without hesitation. No Pressure: She gave me the time and space to explore the car, making sure it fit my lifestyle perfectly without ever rushing me into a decision. Was very happy with the process of leasing a vehicle. I went in with a specific goal to lease, and with little hassle, they could meet my needs. Cory, the salesman was polite and patient. Everyone we spoke with was great. I am not a true car fan. To me, I am concerned about value, affordability, and reliability, but I do love my Venue! I plan to receive excellent care of my car at this dealership with maintenance.

Coughlin Hyundai review
I couldn't be happier with Coughlin Hyundai. They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. We purchased a new Palisade from Coughlin in June of 2020. It was the easiest and most pleasant new car buying experience of my life. The car is fantastic! The service department has been fantastic. The sales staff is excellent, friendly and no pressure. They are very good at finding the right vehicle for a customer's needs and budget. In fact, we were so pleased we returned in April 2021 to purchase a second new car, a Venue. The experience was as pleasant as the first purchase. I will continue to recommend Coughlin Hyundai to friends, family and all the customers I speak to daily running my business. Coughlin has earned a long term customer with me.

The person I talked to was very interested in helping me get a vehicle but understood when I said that their location was inconvenient. He even offered to transfer a vehicle to my home to try it out. Very nice person. I refused at the time of my conversation because I had an appointment to discuss another vehicle in my area. I will consider this dealership in the future and will make arrangements to travel to their dealership some day. Lee
