Mick Hasley and the team are patient and friendly. When they say they will call back they do, and they are not in a rush, they listen to what you need. I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. Honest about prices as well.

The service team always does an amazing job. I travel 30 minutes to get my oil changed because I know I can trust them. Russ always shows me the filter and explains what is going on prior to replacing it. Trustworthy and respectful is very much lacking in this industry, but not here!

Stevinson Hyundai of Frederick review
I found my very clean and pretty Acura RDX at Stevinson Hyundai on a website. My sales host, Arian called me and the process was very smooth and wonderful. They did only have 1 finance guy onsite so, I had to wait a while, but overall, wonderful experience. Arian was knowledgeable, kind and very attentive. He felt so bad that I had to wait so long to sign my purchasing agreement but did everything to make me more comfortable. I'll be back for sure.

Principle Hyundai Boerne review
I recently had a great experience with Principle Hyundai in Boerne. Due to a medical condition, I wasn’t able to come into the dealership until it was time to test drive the vehicle, and the team was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process. When I did come in to test drive a 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy, everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and respectful of my time. David Bristol was especially helpful—he was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all my questions without any pressure, which made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward. The dealership itself is clean and well-organized, and the overall atmosphere reflects a team that truly takes pride in customer service. I appreciated the transparency and communication every step of the way. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and makes car buying a smooth experience, I would definitely recommend Principle Hyundai Boerne—ask for David Bristol!

Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. He is very responsive to our follow up questions. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. It sure drives like a little rocket compared out our other IC car

I recently purchased a car at McDonald Hyundai and worked with Sam Soliman. He was both very professional and friendly. He communicated clearly and was efficient in finding a unique financing option that would meet my needs. He was very honest and was able to eliminate much of the anxiety that goes with purchasing a vehicle. I would work with him specifically again for any future vehicle purchases. He made a challenging process move with ease and comfort. Regards, Cecilia Merritts

Great updates after car order was placed. Able to find the car I wanted and called immediately. Gary Clayton was kind, friendly, personal and extremely knowledge! The loan process went smoothly and we're felt we got the best deal in town. Hope the Santa Fe outlives me, but of I need another car, I'll definitely go to Mac Donald Hyundai
