I worked with Shannon at Millenium Hyundai and she was fantastic to deal with. I was undecided between the Palisade, Santa Fe and Tuscon. We help me test drive each and then when to a sister dealership to pickup a car for my wife and I to look at. We didn't end up finding the right car but she made the entire experience pleasant and honest.

Thanks to the Sales Manager Rob- I purchased a Kona from the dealership in March. I had a complication from a car scent product with the visor and it already needed to be replaced. While the service team didn’t mention a labor fee for replacing the $325 Visor I had to purchase, Rob reviewed the quote they sent me and had the sales team cover the Labor fee. That’s above and beyond!

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Kalen Antoine is an amazing salesperson for Millennium Hyundai. I came into Hyundai leaning towards purchasing a 2026 Kona. Kalen gave me all the facts and figures about the car and accommodated me choosing to wait and search other vehicles. After going to about every other dealership on Long Island, the service at Millennium swayed me to coming back and getting the Kona. Since my purchase Kalen has helped me a few times put on my custom plates, put on and take off my crossbar brackets and answer any technical questions I had about the system updates.
