2020 Hyundai KONA review
I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

2024 Hyundai KONA review
Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

2022 Hyundai KONA review
Just bought a 2022 Kona SEL AWD in thunder gray, so far I love it. I traded in a BMW twin turbo with around 330 hp, and I thought this 150 hp 4 cylinder would be weak but it does its job and is peppy, quick, and merges into highway with ease. Not gonna win drag races but then again cops own the road not people with fast cars, all those performance cars will do is break my wallet. BMW. It’s more solid and fun to drive then my past cars and is backed up with a great warranty, I hope to drive this car for years and years. The all wheel drive system is better than the BMW and its apple car play is great and my model has wireless charging. I could do another road trip of 1000 miles with this and get almost 14 mpg better than my BMW. All in all if you’re not into the illusion of driving a “German” car and want something gutsy and simple I would recommend the Kona over all the bmws and Hondas I owned in the past. 5 stars out of 5.

2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and mostly satisfied with the whole process. It took about a month to get the right color combo in stock, but it was worth it. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back the next day to pick it up though. Jake was professional, friendly, and had knowledge of the vehicle, but since I have been following this car's development for some time, I think I surprised him by knowing more than he did about some things. Management (David I think) tried to sneak a few things onto the total bill, but that was expected, that's their job, and I did my part and caught them. The finance guy, Gerardo, was very professional and made the final signing process easy and relaxed. Unfortunately, I guess he was the only finance person on Wednesday night and I had to wait about an hour for him to finish with another customer. In total, I was there over 5 hours.

Our salesperson Arthur Ortega was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers. We began the transaction later in the evening. Arthur and the team, including the vehicle prep team, the F&I team and others stayed late to provide us with a beautiful vehicle that literally had just gotten off the truck an hour prior! Steve Lee. What can I say about this wonderful man? Yes, I am actually talking about a car salesman. A few weeks ago, I went to the Ford dealer to pick up some parts I ordered. On our way back to our car, my daughter spots the all-new Hyundai Kona. One look and she was hooked. Steve saw us and came over to greet us with the warmest smile and a sincere handshake. He was as excited to tell us all about the Kona, as we were as excited to hear about it. He told and showed us all there was to know about the Kona, even let my daughter test drive the fully loaded Ultimate model. Steve listened to all of my daughter?s questions and soon they were talking about their favorite color combos and cool features on the car. Never once did Steve make us feel uncomfortable or pressure us into any direction. He was helpful, kind, listened and let my daughter lead the conversation. We had already taken up a lot of Steve?s time and it was getting late, so we parted ways and said we would be back in a few days, after the rain. I?m sure Steve thought he had seen the last of us, but we returned about a week and a half later. And true to form, there was Steve, with the biggest smile and welcoming arms for us. He made my daughter?s car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Not to mention that she loved the Kona so much, she went back 2 weeks later to buy a Tuscon. Unfortunately Steve had already left for the day when we got there. I wanted to wait, but my daughter has no patience. If you ever get the chance to meet Steve Lee, I encourage you to do so. I guarantee you won?t forget him. He makes the most genuine impression and you won?t forget that smile! And yes, I am actually talking about the most wonderful car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you Steve!
2023 Hyundai KONA review
Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

I highly recommend servicing your Hyundai car here. They are attentive, honest and reliable. I have driven a Hyundai for 22 years now and this is the best service department I have ever dealt with. Now with that said, a big flaw is not offering loaner cars. I don't have access to another car and every time my car has had a major issue, I have had to sit at the dealership for hours because there is nothing I can do. Renting a car last minute is usually not feasible or available. I am currently looking at getting a new car sometime this year. While I have been very happy with Hyundai, not offering loaner cars is a big factor in my decision in what car I end up buying.

2025 Hyundai KONA review
Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

2019 Hyundai KONA review
Have had trouble with car not starting. Seems the starter has a "flat spot" on it, and on occasion will not start. Battery is good, and I must turn the key up to ten times before it will "catch". Will happen up to 5 times, and then will move on and start just fine. Service unable to duplicate problem, so can't get it fixed under warranty.

James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.
2021 Hyundai KONA review
Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.
