My husband and I came in to Patrick Hyudai on Saturday. We left with a brand new gorgeous Tuscon. I couldn't be happier. The process was seemless. Dave Gruszecka was genuine and not at all pushy.

Excellent customer service and great deals! Purchased a BMW 340 from Lake Motor - it was THE BEST deal I could find around Chicago area by over $2000! I dont think the dealer realized how low they priced it. Thank you Paul&Zoe for taking care of my sale!
2020 Hyundai KONA EV review
The thing goes like h*ll! Two bad things though, it's awful in the snow bc you can't rock it out if you get stuck. It keeps jumping back to neutral. The other thing is the location of the heated seat buttons, we keep accidentally pressing them. That's awful in the summer, and if you have a dog in the car with you he will keep pushing the buttons. Otherwise we'd buy it again. I need to see if there's a fuse for those heated seats that I can take out after our lease is up and we own it.

2020 Hyundai KONA EV review
Just bought Kona EV used a few weeks ago, wanted to dip toes into an all electric vehicle. So far, so good. Fun to drive, has plenty of acceleration and loaded with tech (Ultimate trim). Using regenerative braking and one pedal driving is a learning curve, but worth figuring out. Great range, easy to charge...perfect for local and around town driving. Hyundai CPO warranty gives some peace of mind, anticipating years of trouble (maintenence) free driving.

Matt is really helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t make the purchase since I was looking for to get a better trade in price, but overall it’s very good! I have been to carmax twice and both of them are all very good facilities and very professional working process, definitely recommend Carmax!

Of four offers on my vehicle CarMax was the best, the looked at my vehicle and the final offer was exactly what the internet offer was! It was a simple process. They issued a check on the spot and made us very comfortable. Thank you carmax!!! Best part was the other companies all reached out after the deal was done saying we could beat that deal…..guess y’all should have tried not to lowball up front. I definitely will do business with them again

Indy Auto Man - Westfield review
I had an outstanding car-buying experience at Indy Auto Man! Ashton was an incredible salesperson—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect vehicle. He made the entire process easy, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Ty, the Financial Manager, was equally amazing. He explained everything clearly, made the financing process smooth and stress-free, and ensured I was comfortable with every step before signing. Together, Ashton and Ty made what is often a stressful experience enjoyable and seamless. Their professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend asking for Ashton and Ty at Indy Auto Man if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive and memorable purchase!

We received excellent service from Signature. As I had spoken to several of the sales team...there was no competition as to "who I belonged to." I absolutely loved that. They were a team and I felt very supported. They helped my husband set up his phone to the car, maps, google, everything. Car was in great shape. The team went over everything in detail and they explained our extended service guarantees.

Zimbrick Hyundai WestReviews
Zimbrick Hyundai West review
Looking for a new vehicle. Stopped into Zimbrick Hyundai to test drive two different models. Was shocked at how nice it was to have a no pressure test drive. Let me really get a feel for the vehicles. Although I didn’t purchase that day, should I purchase a new Hyundai, I will do it at Zimbrick on the Westside! I would have given a 5 for facilities but all the vehicles inside the showroom were locked, I understand it’s due to Covid but it would be nice to look inside without a sales person.

Fox Kia SouthReviews
Fox Kia South review
I had an urgent need to purchase a new to me used vehicle. I purchased a 2017 Acadia here. The sales person and the finance manager were very helpful in my initial purchase, even closing the deal on a Friday evening. I was not expecting any type of warranty but they were able to get my financing deal to include GAP insurance and a limited warranty under what my monthly payment request would be. Upon leaving the lot there were some unexpected issues with the vehicle, and despite me signing an as is purchase agreement the sales manager took care of the unexpected issue. I felt like from the moment I walked in to purchase the vehicle to the time I walked out with it after repair, this dealership took a customer first approach. I will be purchasing future vehicles here if needed and would recommend them to family and friends.
