Napleton River Oaks Hyundai review
Malik at Napelton River Oaks Kia did not disappoint! He told me I was going to drive out with a new car and he was a man of his word! Thank you so much for your help in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase! 10/10 on his customer service 👍🏽
2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

Family Hyundai review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ASK FOR GIO, MATT & ROBBIE! After several extremely frustrating experiences with other dealerships, I rwalked into Watson Family Hyundai in Tinley Park skeptical and honestly ready to give up on buying a vehicle. Gio, Matt, and Robbie completely changed that. They were patient with me from beginning to end. They answered my questions, were transparent about the process, listened to what I actually wanted, and never made me feel pressured. The financing experience especially earned my respect. I had a finance company I wanted to use because I believed it offered me the best terms, and they respected my choice. I never felt like their commission was being put ahead of my best interests. I came in frustrated and guarded. I left with the vehicle I wanted and felt respected and confident about my decision. To the Watson family: you hit the employee lottery with Gio, Matt, and Robbie. Please take care of these men! The way they treated me reflects incredibly well on your dealership and your family name. And kudos to the families who raised them. Integrity, patience, and genuine customer service deserve to be recognized. If you’re considering Watson Family Hyundai, remember three names: GIO. MATT. ROBBIE. Five stars simply aren’t enough. #WatsonFamilyHyundai #FamilyHyundai #TinleyPark #FiveStarService

Had a very good experience with Napleton's Valley Hyundai and Matt Cecil. He was friendly and professional, and our test drive went smoothly. We only had one or two pointed questions but he answered them honestly. We ended up getting the car and the process was pretty efficient.

D'Arcy Hyundai review
Recently purchased a car from D’ARCY Hyundai and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I felt no pressure throughout the purchase. The car I got is exactly what was we are looking for, and the pricing was transparent and fair. Big thanks to Mike Campobasso, jimmy Kociuba, Matt Sonneman and finally to the best sales man we ever met Phil Gomez, he was extremely honest and went above and beyond to help my son find the perfect car for him! All of them made this a great experience. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car! Thank you God bless Samuel Adam

Castle Hyundai Oak lawnReviews
Castle Hyundai Oak lawn review
I just purchased a car from Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, the team showed true professionalism, care, and integrity—qualities that can be hard to come by in the car-buying world. Now I truly understand what they mean when they say “Drive Happy!” Jim (Sales Manager), Nick (Sales Consultant), Brennan (Internet Representative), and John (Finance Manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. They were transparent, never pushy, and always willing to answer my (many!) questions with patience and honesty. It was clear that they genuinely cared—about the car, the deal, and most importantly, about me as a customer. They didn’t just meet expectations - they exceeded them. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable. These are good people who take pride in doing right by others. Thank you to everyone at Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn—you didn’t just help me get a great car, you made the whole experience one to remember. You went the extra mile (pun absolutely intended) and because of you, I now Drive Happy!

2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
I gave up my 2025 BMWx5 50e for the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. My friends thought it was to lower my notes or because we couldn’t afford the BMW. What they didn’t know was I had paid off the BMW. Reducing cost was not a factor. I fell in love with the Palisade about three years ago, but I kept waiting on the new body style. I finally went to see the new Palisade and the features were much better than what I remembered. I love the cameras to the left and right when you use your turn signals. I love actual knobs to adjust the ac unit. I love the roominess of the second row seats and their ability to recline. The massage function for the drivers seat is awesome. The ability to recharge vs nightly plugging in a hybrid is wonderful! I won’t go on and on, but I find myself smiling really hard and peaking out the door to look at it in my garage…lol! I don’t like how loud it starts off, not crazy about the big grill, I preferred my panoramic sunroof vs the two separate sunroofs, and I lost the safety net of run flat tires. But overall, I am very pleased with my first SIX days of ownership. I will keep you updated if anything changes.

Jidd Motors MitsubishiReviews
Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"
