Hertz Car Sales Sacramento review
I had picked out a vehicle online at Hertz's website (2014 Kia Forte EX) and went in to look it over and potentially purchase it. We called ahead and talked to Joseph Cardella who welcomed us right away when we got onto the lot. It was clear that he was knowledgeable about this specific vehicle and went above and beyond to take care of us and the car we were going to purchase. He and his manager, Fernando Rodriguez, did a wonderful job accommodating our budget needs in a way that reflected the quality customer service I've known Hertz to have for years. I highly recommend considering purchasing your car from these gentlemen.
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Fifth Hyundai vehicle. I have never had a bad experience with any of the cars., same for the dealers and service. The cars have always been reliable, loaded with great technology, and provided great comfort to drive. The 2026 Santa Fe clearly offers a lot of car for the price. It has also been a step up from previous models. Really enjoy the addition of the turbo engine. The only downside to all of this is Hyundai eliminated the included 36000 miles service the only disappointing part of a great driving experience,

My experience with the sales staff,Sohail and Shak were amazing to work with! Normally this is a very anxious experience, but Shak and Sohail went out of their way to get me in the exact car I wanted with a good price and interest rate. I will without a doubt refer anyone to them. Dwayne in finance was also very friendly and explained everything I was signing, best car buying experience ever
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Appearance; The over all look of the car is very pleasing to the eye. The dark green with the black-out package is the best. Calligraphy model has the most to offer in high end amenities. The interior is well appointed with leather and the law-out of the dashboard and controls are very functional. The performance is actually surprisingly more than adequate for the size of the vehicle with a 4 cylinder turbo. I traded a 4 year old Cadillac XT6 which was loaded with accessories , and I am very glad I did. This car has not only a high end look, but is also very luxurious driving experience.

It was my first visit to Folsom Hyundai. They got me in for an appointment within a week and were able get me in and out in about three hours. They also gave me paper outlining my next PM visit at 60k miles with a list of tasks and approximate cost. All in all a great visit! Thanks
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Just bought a new ‘26 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. Lease was up on my ‘24 Cadillac Lyriq, which was a great car also. Love the 600+ range on a tank of regular gas, and the 35-36mpg. Very comfortable and love the huge windows and 360 cameras. Especially loved getting a great deal being end of year with the ‘27’s now out, with 0% financing & 3 months no payments……all made it a no brainer! Solid car, and feel good driving it. Rivals our other much higher cost vehicles in every way.

Had a really pleasant car purchase experience with Rachel. She was personable and easy to talk with and she was very knowledgeable of the cars. Finance experience was also a very pleasant experience and Damien was great to talk and work with. The trade in negotiation and final sales price was the usual experience you would expect during a car purchase process.

Had a great sales experience with Rachel at Hyundai. She was extremely nice to work with and answered every question we had regarding the models we were looking at. The purchasing experience itself was as expected, the usual negotiations between getting the best possible deal for the car and polite back and forth on what is possible and what wasn't. Left extremely satisfied with the car and offer we agreed on and the financing portion of the purchase was also easy and Damien at Hyundai was very personable and easy to talk with. Overall from test drive appointment, to meeting and working with Rachel and purchasing our car, it was a very enjoyable experience over the week+ we kept in touch and worked with Rachel and Hyundai

We bought a used truck from Ryan Handy and would highly recommend him for your next purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to get the best price. Call him when you are ready to buy.
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is the most satisfying vehicle purchase ive ever made. From the fit and finish to the warranty its the total package. I will admit I was worried about the engine only being a four cylinders buy they did their homework. The turbo adds more than enough power. The sound of the doors closing says it all. It says quality. No rattle like you hear in some cars when you shut the door. Like I said this is the most satisfied ive ever been with a new purchase. I never thought I'd be saying that about a Hyundai. This is what my wife wanted. Happy wife Happy life and she's usually right in her desicions. This time she knocked it out of the ballpark.

Hertz Car Sales Sacramento review
We went on quite a busy day and ended up waiting a while, but salesman Jay was very helpful and kept us entertained while we waited to hear on my trade in. Jay ensured we were comfortable and was great at keeping us updated on the process as we waited. Their finance team worked with getting us the best deal and we left in a nice car! Thank you Jay so much for the laughs and helping us out!

Hertz Car Sales Sacramento review
On the lot, and lucky enough to be greeted by JP. I told him what I wanted, and gave him my budget. He didn’t hesitate, and being a good listener, took me to the back, showed me 2 cars(choice). After a demo of both, invited us inside the humble office (old modular), and made an easy transition from agreement of terms, to finance, where we dealt with Hal... Right to the point(relaxing music playing), and after presenting our aftermarket options, ran paperwork, signed, graciously thanked us for our business, and off we went to dinner (in our Certified Sonata)..We’ll be back for more...
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I purchased my Santa Fe from Dickson city Hyundai about a month ago I love everything about it so far. Very roomy. The 3rd row is great for the extra passengers but also when it’s down the trunk is huge. Love the dashboard and screen. Back up camera is great. Very safe reliable vehicle for my family with tons of personalization and tons of safety features. It’s luxurious without the heavy price tag.

CarMax Palmdale review
Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!
