I just bought a 2016 Mazda6 Touring from Jeremy and I could not be happier with my new car or the service I received. Jeremy is not pushy, he answered all of my questions, and was available when I needed him. Kyle and Cassidy were also incredibly quick with the financing and paperwork side of things. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit Mazda of Jackson!
We found a vehicle on Cars.com we were very interested in, so we went to take it for a drive. The salesman was new but very nice. We drove it and decided we wanted to buy it. We made an offer, and the salesman went to see if it would be approved by a manager. He came back, put a piece of paper down on the desk, and said, “This is the price”. We told him that was too much. Instead of negotiating or escorting us to the door and thanking us for coming in, he just quickly walked away! Rude! We will never go back there!
Trey was a wonderful salesman for us. He worked hard to ensure that our needs were met. He was not pushy, but had a good knowledge of the inventory. He was honest and willing to answer any questions about the vehicles for sale. With salesman like Trey, we will be back
Our customer service while purchasing my new car at wilson hyundai was amazing all thanks to Trikisha. She went that extra mile and truly cared about us and not just as customers. She has contacted me multiple times to check in and make sure everything is still going smoothly, she even dropped my car off at my house after it had been cleaned. She is the type of person that makes purchasing a car a less stressful process.
I took a friend to look at a vehicle, we made it very clear we were just looking at this time, they wouldn't take no for answer about having her phone number and even though they said not to worry they wouldn't call to bother her about it she has been called 3 times in less than a week. Much too pushy and makes me feel like this dealership is not trustworthy to upholding their word. If left alone she may well have gone back there. Another dealership in the same city has totally respected her wishes.
I was disappointed that a fuel treatment charge was added to my bill after the fact I had not been told of that charge and had not approved it beforehand. In the future please be up front with your charges
My husband and I worked with TJ when we bought my car and we knew we wanted to go back to him! He is personable, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for us. He even came in on HIS day off to help us buy our newest car! We appreciate him and all the employees at Patty Peck! We plan on being with them for a long time!!
All of the staff members were so wonderful. They did not pressure us in any way. The patience that they showed us was far above board. We were treated like family and would encourage anyone looking for a car to choose this dealership. Our sales person, Jae, was precious and the business manager, Michael was the best. I bought my car several years ago, the customer service and the warranty repairs are excellent. I love my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Turbo. I could not be more pleased when I call for service they get me an appointment and they willingly answer any questions that I have. I received a loaner car last week and can truly tell anyone if they want t great car under 19,000.00 the way to go is the 2018 Hyundai Accent. It was very comfortable, the Bose Stereo System was awesome, and the back up screen was huge. The drive and ride was great. I would suggest one of those cars for anyone wanting the top of the line features for an economical price. I love Wilson Premier.
