Things did not start out the way we were expecting but he worked extraordinarily hard for us while treating us with the utmost respect the whole time. Thanks to him our experience turned around and I would highly recommend him and the dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.

I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. He was Kenny Sweet. Very helpful, professional and listened to us. He brought out a car and we agreed to it. Never was he pushy or overbearing once. After bringing the car home I had to call him a couple of times to find out how did this go or where coud I find that and he very nice to me. I would certainly give his name out to my friends that are looking for a new car.

I would highly recommend this be your first spot to go to for finding ur new ride. Ken Logan greeted us the door with a nice warm welcome. He was knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what kind of car I was looking for. Ken was very patient as I made my decision and never made me feel pressured into the sale like most car salesman are. I would highly recommend this place.

Have always great service, however this last service I wasn’t happy. Had oil change and tire rotation. With that said now my low tire pressure light is on and both on the right side. Either they didn’t check the tire pressure or they did something to the sensor.

From making the appointment for service to being met and service completed the experience was excellent. Everything was explained from start to finish. Very happy with Crown and service member Doreen Hailey
