Napleton's North Palm Hyundai review
My car-buying experience here was absolutely outstanding. I took my girlfriend in to check out the new Santa Fe. The sales team was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect vehicle. There was zero pressure, just clear communication and honest guidance throughout the entire process. They respected my time, worked with my budget, and made everything seamless from test drive to paperwork. This is the kind of professionalism and customer care that makes you a lifelong customer. Highly recommend to anyone shopping for their next vehicle!”

2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
I went from a '23 Santa Fe and was disappointed at first, but after 6 months, I have grown to like this car. I gave it a 4 for comfort only because I wish the 6 way power seat was a bit more versatile, and a 4 for value because this vehicle is $110/month more than the '23 Santa Fe, and it is not at the level of the Santa Fe. Last week I drove a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica for a spell and the Tucson compares favorably.

When my RAV4 was destroyed in an accident, I found the Tucson to be a much better value than the new RAV4. All the latest technology at a reasonable price. Better warranty, and no subscription fees for connected services. Good, reliable, basic transportation.

West Palm Beach Hyundai review
My wife's 2020 Sonata had A/C problems. It quit cooling.. The advisor I was assigned to was busy so Andrea M. helped me. The absolutely BEST thing that could have happened. I was charged $330. for the diagnosis (a little excessive but if I repaired the car there the money would be refunded).. Andrea called with the verdict... since it was out of warranty by 5 months it would cost me $3400 to fix the A/C system. My reply: don't do anything. When I picked up the car she told me not to fix it until she called. When she did she told me that because the car only had 20000 miles on it Hyundai would fix it under the warranty. SHE had to be the one who initiated the process since she was the only person who knew what was going on. Andrea arranged for a loaner. A few days later I picked up the car (A/C fixed and a recall service done). I even got my diagnosis fee returned. Andrea changed me from a very unhappy customer to one that wrote this positive review.

Napleton's North Palm Hyundai review
I wanted to look at new and used cars to see what's out there. I was happy that Craig Vitti was my salesman. Craig was very knowledgeable about the cars and now I need to narrow down my choices.

Napleton's North Palm Hyundai review
I had an absolutely exceptional experience with the service department. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. The advisors took the time to clearly explain the process, provided transparent updates, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The technicians were efficient, thorough, and highly skilled, ensuring my vehicle was serviced to the highest standards. I appreciated the attention to detail and how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly without sacrificing quality. The entire visit was seamless, stress-free, and customer-focused. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to delivering top-notch service, trust, and reliability. I will definitely be returning for all my future service needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding, five-star experience.”

2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
In today’s car market it’s hard to find an SUV so good at such a reasonable price. I had gone to the dealer to buy a new Outback but the price & performance left me wanting. He had a Tucson in his showroom that was beautiful. I test drove it and fell in love. Not only is the technology amazing the ride is extremely quiet. Within a week I drove it down to Florida from Michigan and it handled beautifully. From the cooling seats to the heads up display this is a great suv.
