Took my new Tucson in to have the software updated as part a recall. Everything went well but it took longer than I expected. Was first time in Service Department and found it was not clear where to bring the car. I?m sure that?s something that will only happen once since now I know. No updates were provided on the progress of the repair. All in all was at the dealer for 2.5 hours.
