I had a basic service for my vehicle (and have many times). The service was done and everything was very professional. The facility had a utility issue that particular day due to servicing some local lines but they STILL came thru and made sure everything was done. Great job. Thank you.
I was able to negotiate and come to an agreed price on the car I was searching for over the phone. I showed up and test drove the vehicle and talked about my trade. I was happy with the trade in value and made the deal. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2-2.5 hours. I was not expecting that at all. Thank you.

I woke one morning and both of my headlights were out. I was able to turn on the fog lights and make it to work at 6am. When I arrived at the dealership, Brian was very attentive and rushed my car to the technician. When he returned, he told me that my bulbs had blown out. I found it a bit odd that both bulbs would go at the same time, but I wanted to resolve the problem. A short time later, Brian told me that it was a wiring problem and he was concerned for my safety. He wouldn't let me drive my car home. A short time later, I was in a loaner car. It ended up being a short in the junction box and it was covered under the warranty!! Need less to say, I was happy to have my car back in great running condition and it didn't cost me a dime!! I love my dealership!!
Very patient and professional . Marvin is very Knowledgeable about all vehicles . I had an great experience with Marvin and ALM and I would definitely recommend ALM to anyone looking for a great condition used car and Marvin as the salesman.
Went in to service for a oil change and, to have air put into my tire. Asked about a wash and vacum outcar . The service was carried out as requested. This service I received was very good. I will be back.
I had a great car buying experience at BMVW. The selection of electric cars is unparalleled with any other dealership. We were allowed to take the car home for a try out over the weekend, which was very comforting. The price stated never moved. We are happy with our Kia Soul EV+ that still has 2 years of factory warranty left.
Our salesman Myron was extremely helpful and considerate of what my husband and I were asking for. The finance department explained all the numbers in great detail. The entire ALM team was helpful and we didn't feel any pressure. We also appreciate all the help Jawon provided with explaining the features of the vehicle.

I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
He has been a family friend for almost five years now and he is the only person we will ever work with within the dealership because he is an honest and well-rounded guy that have the costumers best interest at heart.

Lucas Walls is the most customer 1st person I have ever met. There was a slight accident with my car. When I went to pick it up I had a question about my contract. The finance person was busy, one of the salesman was trying to help me. Lucas came and took over for him. When he found out about my car he went above and beyond the norm. He really is concerned about his customers. The whole team there is awesome. Lucas is the living example of treat others as you want to be treated. Southtowne is my dealership for life thanks to Lucas.
Lucas is the best.. period! He's involved, He's committed, and he is an all around great person. If you're thinking about buying anywhere else, don't.
