Was looking for a used SUV. The building was old and run down and the inside was in poor repair and absolutely filthy. The salesman did try to find us a vehicle that would work. I have to wonder if their service is as poor and shoddy as the building. We did not buy a vehicle there.
Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. I started looking online & worked with Andrew. He was always professional, helpful & worked with me to help me find what I wanted & in a color I preferred. The price was great & it was a pleasant process. Once I bought the car I didn't get good advice to see their title clerk to pay the title & taxes before driving away. This was only the 2nd new car I have bought so I was not very knowledgeable about that part of it. That is getting straightened out but that could have been made much smoother. Buying the car was great though, great price, no pressure, & very helpful salesperson.
My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
We had Jack help us with our car purchase from Gretna and it was easy, fast and painless! And they had free hot chocolate while we waited! Jack answered all of our questions, and we even got to meet the owner while we were in! We'll be back for sure!

When I decided to purchase, Randy in financing finished the deal with ease with an even cheaper price than I agreed on. WOW! They picked me up at the airport curb and after a 26 mile ride to the dealership I was soon on the road with my new ride.
