If you're looking for a SUV crossover, this is the car for you. The QX30 looks great not only from outside but its beautiful inside too. The soft touch leather finishing gives a luxury feel. It also borrows few features from Mercedes like door buttons, the main controller button etc. Comparing it to Mercedes GLA 250, this is QX30 is more affordable and it comes with touch screen which is missing in GLA250 base models. QX 30 comes with several safety features such as blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, Navigation, Rear View Camera etc, but the best part which is missing in the most cars in same price range is the bird view or around camera view. QX30 does comes with a bird view which is really helpful specially while parking in a tight space. The only cons would be a little less space and head room as compared to a regular SUV's but since this is a crossover it is supposed to be smaller than a regular SUV. Still, a great car for a small family and as a owner you would definitely feel great driving this beauty.

Amazing experience! After browsing numerous cars online, I sent them an email inquiring about a QX60. It was late at night and I didn???t expect a response until the next morning. To my surprise, one of their sales professionals (Amir Moradi) emailed me back right away! We made an appointment with him for the very next day and it was one of the smoothest transactions we had ever done. Amir answered all of our questions and explained everything perfectly. He worked with our budget and got us into a really amazing vehicle. In fact, Im considering trading in my other vehicle and looking at their inventory just because of such a positive overall experience. I have to say the finance team was great as well! I stopped by the dealer without an appointment and I was happily surprised they are open until 7pm. I was immediately greeted by opening my door. The service greeter asked me how could he help and personally walked me over to Ivan the service advisor. Ivan was exceptional! He answered all of my questions, gave me an expectation of the entire process, arrange a beautiful loaner for me and kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. Highly recommend Ivan and the Coral Gables Infinity facility.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This car is luxury and value that can't be beat. The pick up is so amazing it makes me forget it's a 4 cylinder. The style and size is just perfect for me. I wanted a small suv for fuel efficiency but also I want to feel safe and have power when I need it. This crossover fits the bill to a tee.

I am giving an excellent rating for the service at this Nissan dealership only. I am very unhappy with what happened to my vehicle. I bought this car brand new from this dealership less than two years ago. I've done all my maintenance, oil changes and tire rotation, etc and should have had no problems with this vehicle. However, they had to replace the IPDM E/R which should never have happened. I believe this was a manufacturers defect and this should be covered by Nissan. The part was $482 and labor $299. And it says this part is only warranted for 90 days or 4000 miles. All of this is completely unexceptable and ridiculous. I use to have complete trust in buying a Nissian; however, I would never buy a Nissian again or from this establishment, nor would I recommend it to anyone. My husband purchases brand new vehicles every two years for his business and it is highly unlikely that he would buy a Nissian again. He's had two in the past 6 years and then decided on a Jeep. Those are built to last, so I'm sure he will be purchasing those in the future. Not a good move on Nissan's part for sure.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I first want to say that Infinity - Cary is excellent in all ways. My only disappointment to date came recently. Keep in mind I have purchased a fully loaded Q60 and fully loaded Q50S red all within 30 months. My wife went in to the dealership because she did not have an owner's manual for the Q60. She was told she would have to pay $29 for a manual or go on-line. Really now! This seemed a little bit over the top in my estimation. She paid the price.

Finally got tired of driving huge vehicles (QX60 latest), but really like the Infiniti look. The QX30 is much smaller, and has a very smart look - clearly the same bloodline as the QX60. Built on Mercedes platform, Infiniti did a great job upgrading the exterior look and interior creature comforts. Not the quietest or smoothest rides ever, but fun to drive!

Catalytic Converter Replacement

Germain Infiniti Did a great job, talking us throw the process, and procedures. They ensured we new everything that was involved with the repair, and made sure we were happy once the repair was completed to standards. It was great that they provided a vehicle rental as the repair took 3 days, which was very quick turn around for such work. They were very professional and always stayed in contact with me throw the process. Could not ask for better. My only issues is not with Germain, but with Infiniti its self, after doing a simple Google search, it seems very common for the QX56 to have Catalytic Converter replacement under 100K miles, this is UN-Acceptable from such a high quality manufacture and for valued customers to pay out 2K-4K for a repair that should not be happing with such low mileage and use. Then the poor design that requires a whole header/manifold replacement just to service a Catalytic Converter is poor, for the consumer and the cost of repair. This has left a bad taste in our mouth as the dependability of the QX56 is not what is projected/expected. We had plans to buy a new QX80 later this year or next, but we are now exploring different option due such a high cost of repair that could over been a 1K repair for both sides vs us paying $1800 for just one side with a simple change of design of being able to just replace the converts vs the whole assembly. We paid for the other side, as these parts are connected to the same motor and if one side fails, the likely hood of the other failing is extremely high. It was a pleasure dealing with devan Infiniti. I have bought many cars in my life and have had some horrible experiences with customer service but here it was flawless. I felt welcomed there the minute I stepped in. They treated me like a friend instead of someone trying get get money from me. Unlike most dealers, I actually met and spoke to their used car manager and he made it clear that he would help me out the best he could and truly appreciated my business. I will definitely buy from there in the future and would recommend to anyone.

We have only had the car about a month, so far so good. It's actually my wife's car and she loves it. I'm a pretty good sized guy and find the interior a little cramped but not too bad. My biggest and really only complaint is that the entertainment system is less than impressive. The one in my 2017 Silverado is way better.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I really like the style of the car and it is the perfect size. I only have two major complaints. A high end pricey car should have a sunroof that opens, what is the point of a shade that opens to glass. And not much storage inside.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Even though it is a midsize car it feels comfortable inside, i like the fact that i can charge more then one device in the car, there is plenty of leg room and the car has a pretty quick response especially when it's on sport mode

2018 Infiniti QX30 Luxury AWD

We have owned 2 Infiniti's in the past, G20 and G37s both sedan and both were awesome cars. It was a easy decision when we had to get another one. After quick test drive we ended up picking QX30 Luxury AWD. It is good ride and is not much different then other sedans we had. Overall the features are good and ride excellent. However there are few small things which Infiniti missed on even in Luxury model. Like the locks are going backwards and feels very plasticky. My 10 year old daughter called it "old car" just looking at the locks. Another quirk is about universal garage opener, it is missing at Luxury but comes in at Premium. I am still exploring other features some of them are habit changing like button for parking instead it being with reverse or drive; or volume control on steering wheel on right side instead of left. Glove compartment and center console are comparatively small. Those are minor cosmetic issues, but overall it seems very capable. Looking forward to drive it for many years.
