Great car, reliable like Lexus. Only the infotainment system is clitchy and unreliable. Frustrating never know when it’s going to work. Wish it had apple CarPlay. Also, expensive to maintain due to underlying German components.

Some developmental areas: 1- visibility from side windows could be better- when turning to look for oncoming traffic. 2- needs another light or two in the trunk space 3- the Infiniti / Phone interface could be better - or could be switched to apple car play. meets my current needs with more space than my previous car and still have a sporty look and feel driving it around town. Gas milage is also good and my insurance dropped $35!

CarMax located on 6375 South semoran boulevard Orlando Florida is an awesome place to shop and buy a car. All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. In today's society, nice people are hard to come by, but people here at CarMax are super friendly and helpful and professional and knowledgeable.
