I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

This car has survived two cross country drives in two years. We are in our 70’s so comfort and reliability are king. It gets great marks for comfort....we would probably not have been able to walk after a long drive in our previous vehicle. Two critisims: The rear gate should be electric like 99.9% of other comparable vehicles. Second, we keep dropping stuff in the opening between the seat and the console. There needs to be some kind of covering. Or the console needs to be wider. [Dont mess with the seats; they are great!@]

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. This is a great car. Excellent pickup & handling with AWD. Extremely reliable and comfortable. My only complaint, and it is a minor one is that the cup holders on the doors are not wide so they can't hold a water bottle. Very roomy inside and my dog loves the view when the back seats are down. This is by far the best car I've ever owned!

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I love the body style and the sports car performance. Wife wanted a traveling car, so the QX-50 met both our needs. The car was purchased in 2017 and knew Infinity was going to a 4 cylinder turbo front wheel drive and changing the body style. It’s not what I wanted so due to those reasons plus the extra rear leg room starting in 2016. It was the perfect car. Don’t like the fact that premium is required or the increased cabin noise. But overlook it for the performance characteristics. Maybe quieter tires will help some day. Also, rear brakes pads had to be replaced at 23,000 miles. Not like any car in my purchasing history but I understand the design principle.
