He was friendly yet professional in demeanor and answered all of our questions (including those posed by our 11yo son who came along for the test drive). And he didn't pressure us even a little bit. In fact, he made it quite obvious that he saw his role as that of trying to help us, not necessarily sell us a car. Once we decided to buy, he made the process fun too -- something to celebrate. I just got home. I left my house at 7:30 this morning and was at the dealership for five hours. BUT I had asked them to do a complete assessment and they did everything. I love these people. As I drove up my little four legged service person got all excited. She knew where we were and she has a lot of friends there. Everybody came out to greet us and help us descend. As a rule I am treated as someone special. I'm not but I am 87 years old and they are careful to take good care of me. I know them all but am losing my ability to remember names so please forgive me guys but Roderick, Arsenio, Luis, Denisa are so kind and I wrote down their names so I could remember them. My car was very happy and I don't know what all they did but she was very happy. (Yah! She's a lady). I have a very serious suggestion: Now I have no intention of ever buying another car , BUT, wouldn't it be great if you could go to a dealership, (as a woman not knowing much), and find a salesperson there, (of the female persuasion) who not only knows cars but knows the mechanics and has been taught the correct way to sell? I would scout places that teach car mechanics and see if a female is part of the student body and offer her a course in selling and a job. Maybe she just wants to be a mechanic but you could still call on her when you have a woman to sell to. Just an old lady's idea. I encountered a super female salesperson at a Honda dealership in Kissimmee, FL about 25 years ago. The only reason I didn't buy her car right then and there was I had decided I wanted a Chrysler. Anyway, You guys get all the stars. I know i can trust you.

I really like this vehicle the only problem I have and I'd like to find out if anybody else has this problem is sometimes when I hit the gas there is no gas the pedal goes right to the floor which is dangerous if you're pulling out into a highway.
