For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

Inquiring about a car I found on cars.com at Cavendar Grande Ford, I reached Travis Jones. I was headed out of town and worried that the unit I was interested in might sell before I got back. Travis did a walk around video for me showing the car and the first full day I got back into town I drove the almost 1 hour across San Antonio to look at it. It was worth it. I got a fair deal, Travis was very straightforward in dealing with me and I was very impressed by the experience in “F&I”- the business office where you complete the deal. I was treated with respect and was also in and out in an hour and a half- unheard of in buying a car. There were two minor issues with the vehicle and they are both being taken car off. The car will be delivered to my home on Thursday and I couldn’t be happier. Lastly, I was blown away by the Cavendar program that covers oil changes for active duty and military veterans. This was a huge contributor to a wonderful sales experience. Buying cars can be painful, but this ranks in my top 2 or 3 all time (and I’ve bought a lot of cars).

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

It’s currently May 2023 and it has 178,000 miles. The 3.7L and the seven speed automatic transmission has been super reliable and still runs as smooth as when I picked it up when it had 35,000 miles. Other than replacing serviceable items that were out because of time. Like the windshield wipers, battery, brake pads and rotors, all 3 drive belt pulleys with tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, cabin air filter once I’ve driven my individual 2015 Infiniti Q70L for the past five years. I also replaced the OEM size tires. To a Michelin pilot sport all season 4’s 265/40ZR20 104Y. Which have improved the right handling and comfort massively. a year, spark plugs at 100,000 miles. Service consultant was very professional and the areas were very clean and neat. The loaner insurance paperwork was filled out online the day prior but it was not available to the person that wrote the loaner paperwork.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield
