Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Straight forward and easy. No pressure and easy test drive appointment. Would recommend and come back.

Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. He made and kept his promises of having my new car sparkling with a big red bow when I came to pick it up after the previous sales rep, dropped the ball on the whole customer experience. He remained in contact to make sure all things associated with getting my car ready were implemented, which was truly appreciated. Danny was pleasant, and never gave an attitude whenever I called to check-up on the progress. The professionalism he displayed speaks volumes. I would recommend "The Carshop of Mt. All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

Recently bought a 2016 Honda Accord thanks to the help of Star. The process was very quick and there weren’t many hidden fees just document and sales tax. The car had a couple small issues with the gas cap, and TPM sign on the dashboard which they offered to fix for no charge!

So far so good...Still getting to know my new car. Will be driving it around town and can really see the ride. Wish my trunk space was a little bit larger...

Owned a G35x, 2 37x, and the Q40. All were identical. Fast and nimble...all wheel drive. 328hp....torque was great. Tight handling. Infiniti had a winner and have not replaced it.

Infiniti makes a great product. I cannot say enough about this car. Has great styling, great acceleration, a true understated sports coupe feel. I would buy this car again in a heartbeat.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

So my needs changed and I wanted a cruiser and a sporty car So I called Lou to see what he had he had an S6 and recommended I look at a Mercedes Benz S550 So I ended up buying both he made such a great deal and both cars are in extremely mint condition All I can say is Lou is an amazing guy and completely trustworthy thanks Lou and Charlie Charlie is an amazing guy as well he bent over backwards to clean the car in exceptional condition he also drove all the way to my house in Pennsylvania thanks guys.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. Yes with a caveat. Overall I generally enjoy my car but issues with going through tires and maintenance issues . Because of that would probably not buy again

Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.
