Vehicle meets and exceeds expectations. Very quiet, virtually maintenance free with the exception of the passenger side seat heater. We are working with our Dealer to resolve.

Balise Nissan of West Springfield review
After going to a few other dealerships we came to Balise and worked with Wendy. She was the absolute best to work with and made everything so seamless. I most definitely will be back to work with Wendy again. She is a genuine person with a gentle way that made the whole experience the best for my first lease!

Stopped in to only to test drive a car. Wasn’t planning on purchasing for a couple of months. Wendy was patient and understanding with my indecisiveness… She made the experience too to enjoyable to pass up... Love my new car!
2023 INFINITI QX60 review
It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Auto Care LLC review
I bought three cars from AutoCare in the last 5 years. The owner Frank is a no nonsense car guy. He won't waste my time if I don't waste his. That is to say; when I go to his dealership with the INTENT to purchase a vehicle, he goes out of his way to make it happen. Never an issue with either vehicle I've purchased from him.
2011 INFINITI M37x review
Good on gas never had problems, took a good care always clean. Very comfortable, everything works, nothing needs to be fixed. Have everything you need.

B Town Motors review
Extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience! Great used car buying experience - the best I have had (including new car purchases). Karol was great to work with from start to finish. The vehicles on his lot are all high quality and priced fairly. Karol is great to deal with and is very knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. He is not a high pressure person at all and gave my great advice regarding a vehicle that I was considering trading in. You can tell he takes great pride in his vehicles and facilities as they are immaculate. Karol is a refreshing change from the normal used car dealership. Great service and attention throughout the process and beyond. Contacted Karol after the sale for minor issue which he took care of immediately for me. I highly recommend that you consider Btown Motors for any current or future new car purchases. I wish I had discovered this gem years ago.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear, but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

2026 INFINITI QX80 review
If you want the Cadillac experience without buying a Cadillac, this is your car. It is the most comfortable car I’ve driven. The new trim level which is called Sport has blue leather which is very good looking and comfortable. There is lots of room inside. The 6 cyl twin turbo engine really moves you quickly. The 24 speaker sound system rocks, sounds like you are in the studio listening to the artist live. Buy it, you will love it.

Shamrock MotorsReviews
Shamrock Motors review
Thank you so much (Charlie) for helping my husband and I purchase the vehicle we always wanted. I saw how you went above and beyond to get us out of our current loan and always with a smile on and very positive. You kept following up with us several times throughout the day. People like to hear that. You gave us options and hustled for us. Honestly, even if the deal wouldn’t have gone through, I would have been happy because you really tried. I never thought the deal would have gone through because of our credit issues from two years ago and everything but you made it possible. I look forward to working with you again on our next vehicle. I will definitely continue to buy here and I will always recommend you as a sales person. I can continue to say nice things about Shamrock and hope they knows they have a great employee. The Wrangler is absolutely awesome and the modifications are subtle but awesome.
2025 INFINITI QX60 review
Beautiful car, a real eye catcher, a wonderful drive, loaded to the Max with features, I got with 10K miles, last month, for a steal well below the suggested price range. I got a deal because people write off an Infiniti as a gussied up Nissan, but how is that different than a Lexus being a gussied up Toyota, etc.? I realize that this is the first year of a V4 variable compression engine, which has had coking issues. I presume that Infiniti has had time now to download adjustments to mitigate this, and I intend to baby the engine by letting it sit for a few seconds after starting before driving to make certain there is sufficient oil before heavy loads, and to change oil after every 5k miles rather than the 7,500.,, recommended. I am getting filet mignon at hamburg prices.

2019 INFINITI QX60 review
This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.

Great guys to work with. Just the truck I was looking for in excellent condition. The first hour I had it I stopped to get gas and several people at the gas station commented on how nice the truck was.

Harte INFINITI review
Service Technician named Phil was great as was his staff and staff of Harte Infiniti. Service was performed as scheduled, great to see a lot of service techs working. Phil explained what services were performed, and just as importantly, what not performed as that type of service wasn't needed at this time.

CarMax DullesReviews
CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.
2018 INFINITI Q60 review
I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. I havent had any other issues with this car and it is soooo fun to drive and very fast.

Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown review
Maria warms very detailed in explaining what work was needed on my vehicle, and what the cost of each item would be. And she contacted me frequently through the day to give me the status of the work.
2007 INFINITI M35x review
Great design and luxury. Performance was and is excellent. Would highly recommend as a used car safe buy. Infiniti's best era per Infiniti, still support their products from then.
